The check engine light was on...I assumed you guys knew but I was nervous driving the truck for that reason. If the problem had been taken care of it would have been nice to know!

JOHN RI did all the reservation on line and did the check in. The price was clear, however when i pick up the trailer it was double the price. Clearly something fishy going on here!!

Jesse D$20 fee for after hours return was never explained. $25 fee for cleaning appeared to be unnecessary, but was imposed by rude male agent. I won't be renting there again.
Donald SI was charged for a dolly that was never put in my truck. Spoke to the manager of the store where I picked up the truck and said just let them know when you drop it off we forgot to put it in there and I did any they would not take the charge for the dolly off

Kenneth BYou can improve by educating the agents to explain fully the charges to be billed, instead of getting another bill for a charge I wasn't aware of after already paying what I thought was the final bill and in getting the dates correct of pickup and drop off.

Michael MI had dropped off the U-Haul overnight and the app was very frustrating not letting me submit photos etc. To finish the check-in so I left the paperwork in keys in the box. The following morning I talked to Josh who was very kind and understanding getting the truck processed for me no trouble at all.
Blake CMy email confirmation had me go to a different location which led me to think my rental was not there. After calling I was led to the location where my truck actually was, which was Phillips Building Supply. That made me late for my movers and picking up the truck.
LACEY HMake sure windshield is clean on inside as it was dirty and I had to stop and clean it at gas station at night just to see!
Sherri AU -Haul had me drive 60 miles away to pick up the 10' truck I requested over a month in advance. This caused me time, extra money spent in gas and inconvenience. I will advise anyone looking to rent from UHaul to look at other Companies.
Joyce BPicking the equipment up went okay except i had to wait 10-15 minutes for a clerk The first sales clerk had to go outside for something else after he waited on a customer. I got tired of waiting so I asked someone else to help me who was not and had not been busy. The registration was very extensive. I thought it was excessive. Got hooked up but the guy who hooked up the dolly didn't have an electrical adapter to hook the dolly up to my stock electrical system on my one ton ton truck electrical system so we had to use mine. I didn't know this until I returned the tow dolly but the attendant put the dolly's coupler right over my receiver's ball protector and then tightened the coupler down on top of it. However, the biggest problem was that the tie down ratchet was rusted solid and could not be turned to be tightened. I had to use WD-40 on it and work it back and forth for quite a while before it broke loose and I could use it. Also, the web on the driver's side wheel would not fit properly over the wheel.to prevent the wheel from rocking back and forth in retrospect.. It appeared the ratchet on that side was too far inward although the van was centered exactly in the middle of the dolly. The web that was supposed to go over the wheel did not stay on top of the wheel to my destination. I found that the web had completely come off the wheel and was on the inside of the wheel. It was just by luck the minivan stayed where it was supposed to be when towed; When I started, the "tightening strap was about an inch from the inside of the wheel.. Although the strap was checked and tightened when I was on the road, it must have come off when I turned into the driveway at my destination. . t

Randall GI have used Uhaul for last 3 yrs almost every weekend. But This Uhaul was broken and damaged my items I waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak to insurance company NO ANSWER! DISAPPOINTED

Blaire HDid not have all the reserved rental hand trucks I requested ahead of time. Worker that was helping me was very rude and cut me off when I was asking questions about billing. He raised his voice when I asked him why my card was charged twice for two different amounts and talked down to me like I was trying to get over on him or something. Which I still do I have an answer to that question. Other workers there were nice but that one person was the worse.

Brian LNot have your reservation system go down on the afternoon of the day we need the equipment, forcing us to rearrange several scheduled things to move the trip back a day. (Very Frustrating)
Randy FThe vehicle was filthy in the cab. They had to mop it before I left then I had to drive with the windows down so I could breathe. It smelled like the French Quarter in July, a combination of urine and vomit. Then they hit me with a $25 cleaning charge and we dropped it off cleaner than when we picked it up. I will definitely think twice before renting again.

TERRY JI was given the wrong equipment. I had to come pick it up after store had closed. I made sure they understood it was a car trailer that I needed and when I arrived I had been given a u haul closed in trailer! Now I am being charged for something that I didnt order amd for extra days that I didnt have it!!
