The location is fine if you know what to expect. It's just a gravel lot, not very well lit and not well marked. The only reason I knew I was in the right place was there was one other U-Haul trailer setting there, confirming what Apple Maps was telling me. I dropped off after hours, so there was no one there to help, which I expected. It was a convenient location for me and I didn't have any real problems.

Guy from the tow company came out a spotted me backing in the trailer. Super friendly. They also commented how unreasonably loud the vehicle was affirming my statement above.
CHARLES DThe truck was not swept out from the previous move. The left tail light went out when I slid the ramp into the frame.
MIKE LI had to remove the hitch and trailer myself. There was no one to help me when I dropped it off
