The location was run down, dirty and the service was horrible. Service was extremely slow, no one knew what was going on even though the rental was set up in advance. It was overall our worst experience with Uhaul!

Douglas SchwabThis was a gas station pickup for U-haul. When picking up the truck we were on the U-haul app trying several times to take pictures of damage. The app kept failing saying there was an error and to try again but after several times trying we stopped. I went to the manager and said we could not load the damage pictures and he said he could not help us in any way and that these trucks get damaged all the time . If we were not happy he would give us a refund and go somewhere else! I will NEVER rent from a non official U-haul site again!!
Paul BuscemiI had concerns about the condition of the truck. Big scratches down the sides, trailer wiring harness was broken, check engine light was on. The truck still had paperwork and trash in the cab from the previous renters. When I tried to bring all of thus up to the Attendant, he said that he didn't have time to step outside to check my concerns and everything would be ok. The pictures on the website for me to verify or dispute did not even match the rental. Stay away from this place unless it is your only option.

Andria GordonThe cab interior needed to be wiped down. There was also a drink bottle left behind that I found when returning the truck. The physical location of this rental store needs to be updated. When I attempted to use the UHaul app and check the vehicle back in, the location function would not work. After several minutes, I told the employee I was leaving as I didn't want to continue to wait on the app to complete. The employee also said he would check in the vehicle after I began the app return process. If that is the standard procedure during normal hours, please have the employees inform customers.
ROBERT SMITHI rented from this location 2 times. The 10 ft. truck's check engine light stayed on the entire time.There was no washer fluid in the reservoir. Also the antifreeze level was very low. The left outside mirror was bolted to the truck so that it couldn't be moved. The older man that works in the Pick and Go store was very rude, both times. He told us after the first time picking up the truck and complaining about the issues that if we weren't happy, we could go somewhere else or we didn't gave to take thr truck and he would refund our money. Then he said that he it isn't his problem, it is a UHaul issue.

Khadir Venda Jallad$19,99 per day is very misleading. I drove less than 50 miles and returned the vehicle on time. My charge was over $80. This cost is a lot for people who are struggling to buy food and pay for necessities. I just think you should be more forthcoming with the price after all the extras.

Kristopher FischerLocation told me "our system is broken, you can't pick up a uhaul" I then told them I reserved a uhaul online. The man seemed annoyed with having to take the time to help us. When returning the key, there was NO orange lock box for the key! The gas station is filthy and trash pilled up outside the store. Uhaul was clean and I was happy with the truck, not the location at all. Will not use that location ever again.

Jeanie EmrickThe location wasn't the problem here. The staff was very kind and as helpful as possible. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone if they have other possible options. I was not allowed to pick up at another location even though I changed it twice online for a closer location. When I went to return the vehicle, I was unable to return it to a closer location because my "local rental must be returned to the place it was rented or pay a fee of over $100." Uhaul doesn't actually serve anyone but themselves. Hats off to the employees at this location who actually tried to help me avoid the fee but unfortunately uhaul doesn't allow a kind gesture. If I could review uhaul as a whole here, then I would.

Carlos RiveraThere was a large amount of mud on the side of the truck when I first picked it up. No personal did a pre vehicle check with me during pick up. When dropping of the vehicle personal working the facility claimed I caused all the dirt on the side of the truck and did not attempt to review previous vehicle records nor did he try to wipe it off. Instead he just accused me of damaging the vehicle and submitting a damage report to UHaul. Very unprofessional overall.
Brian PrzybylowskiThey came and took my uhual back without contacting me and it had some of my things in it still that I was transferring from storage to my new home. They hid the truck behind a building down the street from where I rented it from. They did not check the uhual back in , so it was coming up that it was still in my possession. I had to rent a different truck to go get my stuff out of the initial uhual that I had rented. At that time, they finally checked the uhual back in that I had rented.
