The worker went above and beyond to try and get them to return the equipment immediately, even offering to drive to their home and help them hook the trailer up. We were briefly inconvenienced at NO fault of the store nor uhaul, and we would definitely rent from here again due to the wonderful customer service received!

David SepanikThis was a disaster all the way around! Not just with this pick-up location. 3 pcs of equipment that I had to pick up at 3 different locations....reserved them all at one location. This 26-foot truck was completely on Empty...no fuel at all. Had to go back inside to ask for the utility dolly that should have been in the truck. Not great customer service at all. This was by far our worst experience with Uhaul and we have been customers for years as we move every few years for work. Will no longer use Uhaul.

Steve JosephNo way to rate the booking process but I'd give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Online will not allow you to select 6 days. Will show it but then switches at checkout to 3 days. Had to call a special scheduling hotline to change it. Apparently she just noted the file. Pickup said same thing and never fixed. Had to call back in to get it corrected halfway through trip.

Ronald PhillipsYour online system sent me an email when I reserved the 9' van, saying that it was not available at the Grayling location, and that I would be contacted by someone. When I talked to the Grayling rep, he didn't know why I would have received that message, because the van was available. Here's the message I received: "Thank you for reserving a 9' Cargo Van with U-Haul Truck Share 24/7®. Vous avez reconnu que le matériel n'est pas disponible à la date et à l'établissement demandés. You agreed that a regional U-Haul representative would call you."

JACK FLOYD MOWRYI initially reserved the car hauler at a Uhaul dealer in Gaylord, MI. Thankfully I called ahead to confirm my reservation because the person at the dealership informed me they are not open on Saturday. Had I not called, I would have driven 8 hours to pick up a trailer that I would not have had access to. Uhaul made no mention of them being closed on Saturday, just allowed me to click through and reserve. After a short scramble, I was able to locate another trailer, but it was 38 miles away from where I needed it. A major inconvenience, and with fuel at $4 per gallon, a costly one as well.
Todd MattinglyI was charged twice, had to make numerous calls in order to fix it. This experience over all was awful. The only good part was Hailey the customer service person in waters.

Robert SkaggsThe girl who helped us was great. Extremely helpful. The U-haul online customer service and kiosk use, however is a different story. The 800 number customer service was ridiculously poor. We actually waited over a half hour and never spoke to anyone. We finally gave up on that and drove to the only open U-haul and only then did things get better. By the way, no other locations within 100 miles were open. Grayling was open until 6pm on a Sunday. When real people/ employees handle your order, only then do things go smoother with U-Haul. Your customer service sucks otherwise.
