I dropped the uhaul off at 3 pm, 2 hours before I was scheduled to and he didnt check in the truck until the following day around 6 pm. He blamed it on the rain but thr day I dropped it off he didnt have any customers in his surplus store that probably doesnt get any business anyways and it was beautiful outside. Its not my fault he waited until the next day when it was raining off and on. I hope I never have to rent from this uhaul place.

Thomas OI am beyond disappointed and if I could get a refund then I absolutely would. Not only was I charged $160 to use a U-Haul from Friday July 10th at 9am to Saturday July 11th at 4:15pm. They also charged me an additional $51.70 for 9 gallons of gas. That is $5.67 per gallon that is absolutely ridiculous. I was not made aware that we needed to fill the U-Haul before returning it. We didn’t go over in mileage, we drove 125 miles and were charged an additional amount for gas. If I would’ve been made aware of this, I would’ve put gas in it myself but I was not made aware. I am very upset and I will never be renting a u-haul again. -10/10 experience I couldn’t be more disappointed.
