I tried to rent a dolly for my move and was told that they had none…only an appliance Dolly which would not really be ideal for me. The clerk told me the dollies they had were stolen and the company had yet to replace them. These are an important part of moving as you know. Pick up and drop off we're easy.

Stanislav D.I spoke with Bryan from Pinnacle and since they are only a quarter mile from my rental, I asked if I could return there. He made sure I was a one-way and I had filled the gas tank, then proceeded to make it as easy as possible for me. Said I could bring the truck there, told me where to park it, and that I could put the key in the drop slot and he'd be able to access my rental contract from that. I walked home after doing so, and very shortly thereafter I received confirmation receipt for the truck return. It was the easiest part of the move and I'm grateful to Pinnacle.

Debbie K.My experience at Pinnacle Storage was excellent. I wish I could say the same for my entire uhaul experience. Pinnacle was the 3rd location my rental was moved to before finally getting my truck. The 2nd location I was moved to soon after making my original reservation was Uhaul 1823 Carolina Beach Rd. After having to wait for 25 minutes before anyone arrived (no one was there) to help me I was told my truck was rented earlier that day. I was given the largest truck they had which I refused to accept. The person working contacted the general manager. Despite several other 15' trucks on the lot I was told that I had to go to another location. I was dropped off by my daughter and because of the long wait she left. I asked how to get to the place and I was told to get an Uber or something. Luckily the person working agreed to drive me over. Hats off to him. The frustrating thing is that you guys had no problem changing my reservation multiple times but giving me one of the other 15' trucks on the lot was not possible despite me asking multiple times. Finally the truck leaked. I was completely soaked by the time I got to Raleigh. Customer service matters. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone and would have a difficult time using them myself any time soon.

Jacob V.When you rent a truck or car you expect it to be road worthy, safe, and well maintained. U-Haul says they make moving easy but that's not the experience I had! Now I have to waste time fixing problems that I shouldn't have to be dealing with in the first place. What happened? Well I picked up the truck Friday afternoon, drove to the home I moved from and staged the truck for the movers to arrive the following morning. The movers loaded the truck like true professionals, I departed the house in route to our new home, backed er' in like a pro and the movers unloaded our stuff! I had one small load to pick up at the front location so I needed to move the truck to begin the “musical cars†dance. I pulled the truck to the street and as I walked up the driveway I noticed the spots. Checked the truck, sure enough…. A drip that looked like it was coming from the oil pan bolt…. And the same spots in the driveway of the hole we moved from. So now I get to deal with cleaning up this mess - because you know “Moving made easierâ€.
