Staff went out of their way to meet my needs
John HThe truck I rented was cleaned and serviced but the mirror on the right side was not able to be adjusted. It could not be adjusted in or out and was a safety hazard. I could not see traffic on the right side when driving nor could I see the right side of the truck when backing.

The only thing I'd improve, if anything, is maybe providing a video (through e-mail? at the counter? but prior to arriving at the vehicle) to a customer who is new to the digitized automated self-inspection process because it was a little rough trying to figure it out through my phone.

Charles BI think Pinnacle and the clerk was excellent. However I am totally dissatisfied with the U-haul fee schedule. To advertise the charge of a small truck at $19,99 but then add so many fees that it really costs $81 is sinful. I used the truck a total of two hours and drove it a total of 19 miles. I was unable to open the gas cap so was unable to refill the tank. So another gas surcharge was added. I was unwise in my selection of U-Haul this time but look elsewhere for my future needs. And, yes, I will tell my friends and family to be more cautious than I was today.

Nathan Hthe truck I rented indicated that there was low tire pressure in the front right tire. The location had done nothing to correct it and offered no solution other than to call U-Haul if I encountered a problem. There was a slow leak in that tire. My trip took 4 days. each day I had to locate a garage that had air and a tire pressure guage so that I could properly fill up the tire with air - VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNSETTLING!

Ben TThere is NO BENEFUT to return a truck early You are CHARGED a FLAT 24 hour rate even if you return it after only 8 hours... you still pay for 24 hours ☆☆ Keep the truck until it's due back Else you're giving uhaul FREE MONEY to turn the truck around to another paying user
