The local manager added a $25 Safe Move fee to my invoice that I did not accept through my App reservation. I declined the coverage. He refused to take it off because he said that "U-Haul requires the $25 Safe Move fee on van reservations." But the website says otherwise, and he never told me about it.

Jeffrey PTo be honest with you I actually had a great experience with them in renting a cargo van for my moving trip I just recently had. They were very friendly and very professional with everything. I also loved the fact that I was able to call over the phone when I needed to extend my rental due date. It was never a problem. And I will honestly say that it was so worth it. And the prices were super cheap and very affordable. I would highly recommend them for your next move
