The location I'd chosen didn't have a truck, so I had to drive 45 min further to get one and the girl there had not been trained so she had no idea how to do it and I had to wait while she called in and had someone do it for her, but that line was busy the first 2 times she called it. The truck was filled with dirt and oil, the cab had dirt all in it. The outside and roof was dented and dirty. I had to clean the truck before I could use it. Pictures were sent. Drivers mirror wouldn't stay in place. Sounded like u joint was gone, when you hit brakes there was a snapping noise and then when you accelerated again it would make this snapping noise. It felt weird to steer on top of all that. To make it all worse the bill came in my boyfriends name, he was just the driver, it was paid for with my credit card and I rented the truck yet the bill is in his name, he was just the driver. I'd like another bill for my income tax in my name please. Oh and a maybe compensated for the issues I had. I rented the truck for 72hrs, I rented it at 9am so return time would be 9am, I got a call at 8:20 asking if I was returning it soon, apparently you'd changed my return time to 8:13. Odd time to have to return it.

Arrived to pick up truck we had also wanted a utility and apliance carts...they did not have any he called U haul customer service for us and tracked them down at a location not far away..very pleased with the service

PAUL TIf equipment aside from the truck itself is reserved said equipment needs to be available. I had to purchase a dolly rather than spending more money with your company.
Jesse RI couldn't pick up at time specified as the app kept changing time when I arrived . Had to drive 1/2 away to pick up another truck to which I paid 1,2 per litre not the original 0,89 cents . I will never use U-Haul again . The gave me a rebate as I had to drive an extra 40 km out of my way then charged me 1,2 instead of 0,89 on original contract . Terrible customer service
Kim SThere was weed in the cup holder when I got the truck. Obviously was not cleaned. No snowbrush in the truck. Windshield wash was empty. Truck was not ready when I arrived and young lady at the counter said she was not trained to do it. I waited 30 minutes for her to figure it out. No furniture pads at this location.
James GLady working at this Pioneer gas station was extremely polite but did not have any experience with renting the trucks. She had to call her manager & a U-haul rep many times to complete my rental. It took 45 minutes to complete which is extremely annoying & frustrating. When finally after the ridiculously long wait, the truck was full of snow & had to be cleaned off but did not have anything to do that with. Thankfully we had a snow brush in our car. Then the truck was on empty!! Thank goodness it was at a gas station! But I had to go back inside to determine how to proceed, which entailed another for call to rep. I certainly will not be recommending u-haul and finding an alternative option in the future.
