The truck leaked and the boxes got wet in the floor. Top need sealed. Other than that everything was good
Ronald DI've used this location a few times and have always had a great experience. The owner of this uhaul is a great to talk to and well experienced. He even invited us to Easter services.

Jonathan RDropped the rental off at this location since there was no room available at the Luray location. Was advised by the lady at the Luray location to give her a call to see if Luray could still be an option. Unfortunately not. She did mention that she would note my account that she offered a $20 credit for the extra mileage since I had to drive over the mountain into New Market. I don't see that there was ever a $20 credit posted back to my account. Merci.

Charles BLocation opened 20 minutes late. Employee never came out, I had to go in and ask them to come out and help me attach trailer to my vehicle. Seemed to be inconvenient for them. Called UHaul customer service shortly after I realized that I would be on my own at pick up time. Customer service was amazing and extremely helpful.

Scott WThe pick up location itself was fine. Very poor experience with uhual setting up pickup location. I requested pickup in Warrenton over a month prior and they send me over 100 miles to pick up at a different location. Uhual was not accommodating regarding this rental. Only gave us a "slight" discount and still charged me an extra day even thought I dropped it off on the correct day.
Noah WWhile the person was helpful, he was not timely. Anything and everything was a distraction. The process took more than twice as long as needed. While waiting for a receipt supposed friends came in to eat lunch and made a rather vile racist comment with no reaction from the proprietor. I will not be back.

Robert GLee was wonderful. I was somewhat nervous never having to drive this type of vehicle. Lee took the time to explain the features of the vehicle as well as driving tips. This made my experience better. I would get another UHaul from Lee any time.

stweven tI had issues with my reservation, I reserved for 3 days and was told that I would get 1 day free along with an extra 100 miles free because my reservation was messed up. I ended up with only 24 hour order upon dispatch and it caused me to almost have to pay 250 dollars more upon return because I kept for the days of reservation. The return place fixed this so I did not have issues. The dispatch place needs to improve on attention to detail and confirm with customer before everything is dispatched. The bad communication almost cost me hundreds of dollars. Overall service was great, customer service great, treated customer with respect,, clean environment, just 1 thing that needs improved on and that is communication with customer to make sure everything is correct in system before dispatching vehicle and they can't fix afterwards.

Donald CI want to pick the you haul up earlier in that morning but I was told on a computer that I couldn't get it until 130. The place I got the you haul opened up at 9 and closed at noon

vickie hThe check-in process took way too long. The gentleman was very nice but slow and had to re-enter my information several times. Not to mention I was sent to a location to pick-up my u-haul that was no longer in business and then send 20 miles out of my way to go to another facility. Poor customer service and I was very annoyed. All staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful but this delayed my packing my daughter up from college by about an hour.

steven cTruck was dirty inside and out. There was also a 170k mile error in the pickup mileage. Spent a long time on the phone with customer service due to picking the truck up on a day that the business was closed. It seems that my uhual experience, not just at this location leaves more to be desired.

They even took the time to call a couple of days ahead and tell me what to expect and where to find the key etc. The 24/7 process was AWFUL - extremely time consuming and cumbersome. The link was not available on my dashboard so I ended up having to call. Waited at least 15 minutes before the correct department even answered. Ended up needing two phones to complete the process.

Keli MWhen a customer makes a reservation please see to that the requested equipment is available or tell the customer that the equipment will not be available. It is a shocking surprise on the morning of the move to find that nothing is available.
David CThis crazy man threatened me. I will sue him and his manager. The truck was returned to its lication by 6pm I needed an extra day. I returned it clean. This truck needs a time up. Other than that it was pretty good.
trina wThere were obvious problems with the vehicle- tire pressure light was on and right side mirrors were not operable. I was told "not to worry about it". The truck did not operate well and is was not easy to drive without mirrors.
Amy KThe original pick up location I had @ Valley View Motors in Harrisonburg should be fired. Karen Munns was rude and berated me after I complained of her keeping me waiting for 25 mins as her business/office was temporarily closed and unattended while she enjoyed her lunch. Her posted business hours are 10-4 on both the website and office which was not honored. She is a horrible representative of UHaul and I will check other options in future as a result.
Jeff FVery easy to work with staff onsite, very helpful people. I was not there at peak time and staffing was not an issue, but of the three locations I visited this was the only one with sufficient staffing levels, and I think only because it was a little bit off the beaten path.
Brian CWe rented a covered trailer to keep our items dry should it rain. We did drive through a rainstorm. We were very disappointed to find our items on the left side of the trailer wet as was the floor.
Doreen NThe only problem I had was I had reserved a 26 foot truck but was only able to get a 20 foot one, at the end of the day it didn`t matter because I wouldn`t have gotten everything in a 26 footer anyway This could be a problem for someone else though
