There was a smell of oil in the trailer but I didn't see any so it seemed to have been just the odour. The transaction was straight forward and the service was good.

The first msg before leaving the garage, could not put picture in to finish process, at the return with the application was great. Instead of a web page the departure should be done also in the application

First of all this my first time in my life when I booked the 15 pi truck throw my Uhaul application the total was 72,84 taxe included but I was taken the truck they charged me 124,07 !!! Secondly after booking that called me to inform me that I have to come pick up the truck Friday instead of Saturday and representative will be waiting for me at FridayDec 20 at 4,3 pm but they called me Friday morning telling me that nobody will be at Uhaul office (Vaudreuil Dorion)after 2,3 pm but I couldn't be able pick up the truck before 4,3 as per my first booking so she told I need to come at 4,3 pm and use the app to pick up but when I came at time I used the app and followed the instructions but it didn't work and I repeated again and again , so I called Uhaul for help but the girl representing Uhaul was not cool with me telling me : I couldn't do anything for you ..after 1 our spending time to reach out some one from Uhaul or any help , finally I succeeded to scan my driving licence and follow instructions to find the key but the worst surprise I didn't find the key inside the dark box ,it made me nervous a lot because it was so cold and me still outside with no assistance from Uhaul..at the end I went to the Point S garage (Vaudreuil Dorion) I found some guy and asked him about how to resolve my situation I booked a truck to move to new house with my family but I didn't find the key ..I will call Uhaul to make a complaint

The truck was fuel empty, and it was very complicated to rent it. I don't have a credit card and i wasn't able to pay cash or debit.... I needed to call a friend to borrow his credit card! Money is money you need to accept other sources of income
