Thing I don't understand if you rent a truck for $29 and put the gas back where it was and y'all hold $100 which I only got $49 back which I'm trying to understand that cuz I didn't go over 5 MI probably was one or two
SHIRLEY GDropping off the U haul at night in the back of the shopping center could be kind of dangerous. It's dark there are alot of sketchy people around and you have to then walk approximately 2 blocks around the building to get to you personal vehicle. Otherwise the man behind the counter is always friendly.
David AI found the experience not very satisfying. I went to the address on my contract to pick up the truck (97 miles from my house) only to find out that they did not have my reservation. They were very helpful and found out where it was actually located. I understand that it difficult to know where the actual sized truck you need will be located and you may have to go to a nearby location. BUT, I was told I would get an e-mail no later than 6 pm the day before as to where I should pick up the truck.. There was no e-mail the day before or the day of. I did get a text notification 15 minutes after my pick up time and I had been to the wrong address. You could work on better communication for your customers. Every person I interacted with was very helpful and thorough. This seems to be a system or corporate problem, not a problem with the people I dealt with

He transferred me to another person who in turn, hung up on me. I called back. After speaking with two other people, I was finally allowed to take the truck. It took over an hour of sitting in the rain.

Diane MEverything needs to improve customer care customer service your system clearly needs to be updated SCHEDULING OFFICE NEEDS MORE CONVENIENT HOURS the corporate office should be able to help me just enough if not more than the scheduling office customer service department needs to be more involved and more helpful everyone I spoke to in customer service were COMPLETELY CLUELESS AND COULD NOT HELP ME WHATS SO EVER my drop off location here looked super sketchy it was super weird the man there seemed extremely annoyed that we knocked on the door for help my UHAUL experience was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AWFUL HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IT MADE MY MOVING EXPERIENCE SUCH A DISASTER
Moises PMy flight to Nashville was delayed. When I got to the uhaul location, I spoke to a worker on site who barely spoke English. I couldn't understand what he was saying but finally made out that I didn't have a reservation at that location. I had paperwork which I printed from an email saying I did. He had a screen on the computer showing the reservation but he still maintained I didn't have one. I called one of his managers and they got me a truck at another location. It was a mess. My suggestion is that if you want to have any type of satisfactory customer service, hire people who speak English so they can talk to customers.

Thomas MThe drop off location was confusing, there were no signs to tell you that you had to park in behind the building (we dropped off after hours). Also the area where to drop off the trucks was very small and had little to no parking.

Mark RLocation accessibility was difficult and not clear upon booking. Also, the U-Haul app itself is TERRIBLE. It took over an hour just to get the U-Haul because the app was having trouble reading the drivers licenses. Delayed my move by an hour & returning it took over an hour as well because the app couldn't upload the pictures correctly!! I ended up having to call U-Haul customer service 3 times in one day over these issues. U-Haul customer service is great but between this location and the app, I hope to never use it again

I have tried contacting this location I still have not received my credit return! What is going on?

Mesfin BFirst off charging 0,79/mile in town is ridiculous but the kicker I was I went 54 miles and I know for a fact I did not I would never rent at this location again due to the mileage calibration being way off then somehow I was charged $29 instead of $18 for the truck it's a lot dealing with this location.
