Mesfin B.First off charging 0,79/mile in town is ridiculous but the kicker I was I went 54 miles and I know for a fact I did not I would never rent at this location again due to the mileage calibration being way off then somehow I was charged $29 instead of $18 for the truck it's a lot dealing with this location.

Myracle T.The only thing I would ask is to improve your sign on the door. The way it reads, there is a slot in the back of the store to drop off the key. So I take all these pictures, record mileage, etc in front of the store and take my key to the back door of the store. Well, the sign should read ‘return TRUCK AND KEY at the back door of the store'. I've already completed the return pics and closed out the online return process. So I left the truck in the condition and location indicated in the pics. I returned online so I didn't really give positive feedback on the multiple choice questions above.
RICHARD P.I ordered this ‘10 truck online on Monday, May 15th for pickup on Friday, May 19th. When I get to the store, the salesman questioned how long I needed the truck for. I told him the whole day and he was saying that online overbooked it, even though someone else had a reservation for the truck the next day. He seemed reluctant to rent me the truck. Which I don't understand because I was bringing it back by that time and there were other trucks that size on the lot. When I get in the truck, it had a smelly odor to it and when I look at the dashboard, the tire pressure light was on and it indicated that both the left and right RR tire needed to have air added to it. Once the sun went down, I also noticed that only one headlight was working. It was bad enough that the one headlight was very dull. I took pictures. That truck needed to be serviced! Will not return.

Racarra M.The man at the counter was very professional and friendly, but he was the only worker, you need to give him some help or give him a raise. He's overworked he was working the counter, and when he finished, he had to take us outside to get the truck overall, I had great experience.

Anne C.All U-Hauls should come with a dolly. Additionally, you advertise low prices but add a fee for literally everything. Not once did anyone say anything about filling out information online when the U-Haul was returned. BUT once I was ALREADY HOME, I received a message that if i did not verify it online I would be charged an additional $20. That is fucking ridiculous!!! Also people that are trying to move do not want or need 100 text messages from U-Haul. The gentlemen at the postal annex were great.

Charles S.This place is a scam. I return the truck at night and complete all the steps in the app. Next day I got and email with $316,73 damage fee. I'm 100 % sure there were no any damage when I return the truck and I have photos with me. Then I called to this place and the person is very rude and yell at me saying there are damages then I send the photos after that he said he will call back and never get a call from him. Also, If there is a damage(most unlikely) it should cover from the u haul insurance that I got when I pickup the truck by paying extra. Never recommend this fake u haul place to some one. I wasted $316,73 although I purchased the insurance. Also this place is really ugly. I will never go to get a truck from here.

Richard A.The truck that was rented to me had less then a half tank of gas and the drivers side door would not close all the way. I went back in tell tell the employees and they just agreed that it wouldn't close… that's it! Also it closed at 2pm on a Saturday….
