I picked up the U-Haul with just under 1/2 tank of gas on August 5th and returned it on August 6th (not the 8th as noted in the receipt) with the same amount of gas in the tank, just under 1/2 tank. I protest being charged $64 for gas I did not need to pay for since I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that was in it when I took possession.

BARRON RY’all are entirely too expensive per mileage and it doesn’t make sense to charge us more than what we actually paid for fuel out of our own dime. The fuel economy is not even suffering anymore. Y’all are pitiful!
John HWe did not receive any of the additional moving materials we paid for, including a dolley, moving blankets. We probably reserved a 19’ vehicle and we were cornered into driving a 26’ causing significant damage to our belongings due to a singicnat increase in dead space. Our dresser was damaged, our entertainment center, desk chairs, and many of our fragile belongings. The drop off location is actually in front of what appears plasma donation center which is high traffic and frequented ne’er-do-well’s. Abysmal drop off experience. The app crashed during the check out and self completed.
