Brandy C.I reserved a u-haul to move over 50 miles away. When I picked up the truck I was informed that a “In town truck†had been reserved for me and I had to return it at the same location. This meant I had to spend another 2 hours round trip driving plus pay for the return miles and gas. This caused a huge inconvenience for us. I have use uhaul many times in the past and was so disappointed to have such a bad experience. Also the windshield was so dirty, I could barely see to drive!

BRENDA J.Charging a full day rate for less than 24hrs of use is robbery. Either charge a day rate for 24hrs or charge a reasonable hourly rate if the truck is not available for a 24 hr period.

Jerry T.The trucks suspension was very loose in the front wheels, felt dangerous on the highway. Also, they need to know how to read a gas gauge. The paperwork they gave me read 1/4 tank in the truck but is was actually an 1/8 tank. Your welcome for the extra free gas. Also, they did not have the dolly I reserved on the truck and pulled one out of their stock room.

Alexander S.First of all, I was never supposed to pick up at this place. I selected a place that was open at 7 AM so that I could pick up boxes as well. U-Haul changed my pickup location without telling me at all like a day before my reservation. I reserved the truck a month in advance, there's no reason I shouldn't have been able to get my truck at the location I wanted. So then I had to go to the location that was open at 7 AM, then go to the postal annex and go behind the shopping mall with trucks going in and out constantly. I was very unsatisfied with my whole experience with U-Haul.
Daniel J.Whoever set up my reservation from this location did not do it properly. Therefore, when I got to the site on a Sunday to check via online I was not able to do so. I had to call the U-Haul helpline and have a representative walk me through it over the phone. It took almost an hour and the movers were scheduled to be at my house already. Then, I was overcharged in the system, however I believe the representative corrected it.
