The Utility Dolly I ordered with the reservation was not in the truck. I had to contact U-Haul after picking up the rental and after dropping it off to make sure I was not charged for it. The U-Haul app needs a lot of work. I could never login with email and password (only with phone number), often had "page does not exist" errors, and found the return photo of the passenger side confusing as the example showed the passenger-side interior of the truck. Seems like a photo of the entire passenger side would be needed. Appreciated the convenient location in town!

The tag that the key is in is too big for the box. We spent over 30 minutes trying to get the key out because the last person put it in the tall way and made it impossible for us to slide the door open. I had to call someone to come help me get the door open. This problem could be solved by a smaller key tag. Otherwise everything was great. The truck and location were wonderful.

HENRY KYour trucks are fine except for one thing. NO CRUISE CONTROL! Lack of this will make me look elsewhere next time for a unit that HAS CRUISE CONTROL. I understand that this must be some kind of Lawyer related liability issue, but it is a HUGE problem for customers.
