The lock boxes for the keys were not locked every single one was unlocked. The app did not work allowing me to grant location access and the location does not deal with any part of the pickup so you have to txt a person and hope they get back to you in a timely manner if there is an issue. The back of the U haul was a mess tons of dirt was in the back. Drop off was just as bad as the app would not notice my location saying i was back I had to walk up to the street for it to start working. This time when i txt the help person no help was given. There is no location scan which was required to return truck since app was not fully working.

Location was closed when I dropped off so I can't give and honest review of the drop off location
