I rented a u haul from the store on sunnymead Blvd in Moreno valley CA and payed they took the money off my card and I said I'll be back in 15 minutes or before they close at 7 pm and I was 4 or 5 minutes away from the store and the lady who was the front desk calls me Left a message saying they close at 7 pm I said I'm 5 minutes away it's only 6:40 told me they were going to cancel my trailer I told here you guys already took my money off my card your not even closed yet why are you not giving me the trailer I already rented she said it's too late and hung up on me well that's pretty messed up and poor customer service and bad business I've been there a lot of times and she must of got mad or something and not give me the trailer I rented now put me in a bad place I lost a job if she didn't want to rent me a trailer she could of just Said no not play games with my time and money and work she should get fired for that nonsense what's the reason she did that is she racist I'm not happy about that and I'm. Filling a complaint with the BBB better business bureau

Jose AWhat a dumpster fire of a rental place! I wasted my time and money dealing with clueless staff, ancient equipment, and a customer service team that couldn't care less about helping. They tried to scam me with bogus charges attempting to sell me an upgraded hitch that I did not need. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy frustration and incompetence.

antonio oThe place was alright and friendly but the uhaul main number I called and reserved was not truthful. I was quoted a price but when I arrived the price was over a hundred more than quoted. They also did not have my dollies or padding available which hampered my move drastically!!
John NMy move was so much harder on me due to the fact that the location did not have a dolly. If I reserve something ahead of time you should have the equipment Or send an email early saying that you do not have the equipment I reserved. Had I known I could have reserved my equipment from another U-Haul facility but was pressed for time by the time I reached this location. Lifting appliances without a dolly was really fun.

Rodrigo MThe guys were very rude. They were all males and down talking me like if I was a child I felt very disrespected. I even put the gas to where I had received it and they still charged me to not filling it exactly on the line marked. If they would have made me drive off their lot and around the next street to park it would have been exact. Poor customer service would not ever go to this location again

Rupert Acheck the trucks before renting them out and also explain how and where keys should be dropped off don't assume our internet works and also the area was not a good area i felt in danger and my internet device wasn't working so i put the key under the seat i called uhaul when i got home and explained my situation person from the location called me next day saying there's gonna be a $50 fee because of the key left inside the truck. Bad experience for me.

Jesse GWasn't necessarily the location but the overall uhaul rental experience was very poor. The process is annoying and repetitive. All the info i gave in person was either the same info I could have given at the time of reservation or it was redundant. Seriously, an assurance contact? A 60 minute process from arrival to departure? Absolutely ridiculous. Improve your process uhaul.

Celeste JWe were guaranteed location in Menifee off of Encanto which is where the appointment was made. Later that evening we received a call after hours to go pick up truck at another location far from where we were which incurred more mileage and fuel. We made arrangements with help to move from original location in Menifee. This change completely messed up our moving. When we went to pick up truck at the other location in Perris at 9am, gate wasnt even open yet and gentleman did not even walk the truck with us. Just gave us key to get into truck. We called support that same day and returned truck same day at 3:30pm. He told us that they closed at 1pm on Saturday and not open back up until Monday. We will never use uhaul again.

Gustavo HHave someone be there Have it filled with gas, not empty. Have better signage. Just about anything would make this place and experience better. My trucj rental at H&M public storage a few weeks ago was SO much more enticing to do business with uhaul again.

KAREN mFastest I have ever been in and out of a u haul to check out a truck. However, take a picture of the odometer and gas when returning to ensure it is accurately documented on receipt.

Carlos MMy only complaint was this was an alternate UHaul pickup location than originally planned. I made a reservation three weeks in advance at another UHaul location closer to my home but the trailer was not a available. Power and Equipment and Supply location was very accommodating with the short notice change.
