Open earlier so we can rent from a person, not the app. Truck was extremely dirty. Turn signal did not work. Parked close to fence but required pictures to tent (you figure that out). The key location was on he opposite side of the property with no visible marker. Painting the box on the fence does not make it stand out. The instructions on the app are not helpful for find the lock box on the property.

JESS RThe vehicle was completely dirty inside. There was some dust on the outside. Both inside and out should be cleaned when there is a reservation. The biggest issue is that I've gone to this location twice before the posted closing times to return the vehicle. Once on Saturday and a separate return was the same day rental on Friday. Both times the business was closed contradictory to the posted times. On Friday, the posted closing was 430pm. I tried to return at 4pm but they were closed. Same on my last rental but it was Saturday. I arrived at 1100am but they were closed. The posted hours on Saturday was 9am-1pm.
