Jason R.The agent was arguing with the person who dropped off the U-Haul. They customer claimed the agent was trying to scam her buy not giving her her deposit back. The customer called someone, the agent eventually handed over the deposit.

The manager stayed past office hours for me. He was late to pick up his kids just to make sure I was satisfied with all my truck rental needs. Amazing!
