Allan BMy only complaint, which is fairly minor, is that the rubber stripping around the outside of the windshield was loose in places. I had to tape it down to keep it in place.

Allan BIt was real quick...walked in rented trailer with ramp, kept it 2 days and returned it no problem, in fact we should have rented this trailer last week instead of truck...it would have been cheaper too....

DAVID HI was told that I would be able to keep the truck two to three days, but was not contacted to see if I would be keeping the vehicle an extra day. When I contacted them to tell them I would need the truck a third day, they told me it was not possible. They had already rented it without talking to me first. Then I had to turn the truck in before my 24 hour rental was up.

Alan SI have NO complaints about the location. The person who handles U-Haul there is great. HOWEVER...the text/phone method of getting people to verify damage, upload information, etc. is absolute CRAP. When UHaul texts links to me and I click on them, they NEVER work properly. (This time I verified the plate number but the site wouldn't go any further to allow me to verify and damage at pickup.) I've rented several vehicles from U-Haul (various locations) over the last couple of months, and the links you send via the phone have NEVER worked properly. That limits and will limit my willingness to use U-Haul going forward because it means I have to pick up and return the vehicles when business are open. That's not always convenient. If you're going to ask people to do things on the cell phone, you need to make sure the links/website work. Don't tell me to download an app. I don't want my phone littered with those, and I don't want the potential security/privacy risks that entails. (Everybody and their brother insists you download their app--just NO!) A company the size of U-Haul should be able to do better. I'm VERY disappointed with these ongoing issues. That's on U-Haul corporate.

Because of his trust, we were able to move our daughter and boyfriend out of their old apt. complex into a newer complex. We made 3 trips with the 10' UHaul. There's absolutely no way we could have done it without that trailer. Thank you so much for hiring compassionate people!

willaim mI have used four trailers over the last year. None were swept out. Only this one had tire pressures up to recommended level, 65 pounds. The other three were in the 30s. It is a safety issue.
Kenneth FAir conditioning in the truck did not work, no notice given. Oil pressure light came on during highway driving.
