I did an after-hours drop off here. But based on my email receipt, check in was correct and promptly completed the next morning.

We opted for 24 hour drop off and wasn't sure where to leave the trailer or if it would be safe to leave. Comforted there were security cameras. However, no outside lighting which made it a little un-nerving for mom/daughter drop off. We had issues with getting trailer off hitch and Nacogdoches Police we fantastic in helping us out!

Service was very shoddy. After the Hispanic gentlemen hooked the trailer up they did not bother worrying about lights not working. Trailer was all over the road jumping and bumping. Will never use this dealer again.

To start, this is not the location that I agreed to drop off the truck. It was expected back by 9am. Had I dropped it off at the other location, it would have been on time. It was due with 3/4 tank of fuel; it was returned with a few gallons under 3/4 tank and I was charged $29. That is an outrage. This is the third U-Hual I have rented in the past week, the other two were returned with more fuel than expected - one with almost a half tank more than I received it with - but no refund for fuel was mentioned. Not to mention, that particular truck came with a broken air conditioner in 105 degree heat (5 hour drive) and after paying for four dozen blankets only receiving two dozen. Right now, I cannot recommend U-Haul to anyone nor will I EVER use U-Haul again for anythning. You have a chance to make this right...will you?

The man behind the desk was extremely rude. When we picked up the uhaul there was trash on the inside and in the box. When I returned the uhaul I had used 20.5 miles. Put in 3 gallons of gas before returning the uhaul and he charged me another $14 for gas. He said it was on 15/16 when I picked it up and only just above 3/4 of a tank when I dropped it off. If you do the math I dont think that I used much more than 3 gallons for 20 miles. I will NOT EVER rent from this place again if I ever rent uhual again period.

I didn't get greeted when I walked in the door, the manager was on the phone and he didn't say anything to me. Like "Hi I will be with you in a few minutes ". He was just very mean! I will never go in his business again!!!

I needed to change my payment method within two hours of making the payment that was not yet processed. Both this location and the Uhaul transport staff told me it was impossible. I don't believe that. The truck we rented was a death trap. I followed correct loading procedures as I've done this before. Additionally, it did all of the following when I emptied it for return. It has nearly 170,000 miles on it and is sorely in need of an alignment. Additionally, the sway bar and/or suspension is VERY bad. It was like driving on four marshmallows. I nearly lost control and went off the road five times due to the extreme sway. I dropped off the auto tow trailer and my truck in Odessa hoping that would help. It did not. I was never able to drive more than 55mph due to not being able to control the truck. I sincerely hope that this particular truck is removed from service.
