The trailer I rented had a semi bald tire, but my rental time was at closing time. I didn't mention the tire and the following morning while loaded and driving to Little Rock I had a blow out. I had to change a tire due to poor maintenance in the rain. Also the local service center was over two hours away, so I managed to find another U-haul rental center that pulled a tire from one of their trailers to get me back on the road.MICHAEL R.

When I booked the uhaul the uhaul trailer was $43. When I picked it up they charged me $48. I had a cooy of my reservation for $43 for 5Ã—8 trailer but the man in the Nacogdoches store(had to talk on phone from our truck) told me his computer showed $48 and if we wanted to wait for him to help the 2 people behind us in their cars he would get back with us but couldnt promose he could get the $43 rate. I had a screenshot on my ipad showing the $43. When I booked it to return in Humble it said - save $5 to return in Kingwood. Way further from our house but I did it to save $5 and then when we pick it up in Nacogdoches we get charged the $48. When I have a copy of my teservation showing $43 the amount should be honored by the location charging for the rental. Tammy and Robert ParrROBERT P.

COVID19 preventative protocols, staff did not wear mask or gloves when handling equipment. I ask the person about, he still didn't do anything different. So I had my own sanitizer and Lysol to spray and disinfect truck.Rhonda C.

This location is also a carwash and unfortunately gave very poor customer service, especially by the manager of the company. The website allowed me to rent a dolly, when I arrived they said they didn't have one. They have COVID rules which is great; however, in speaking with staff and management they were very disrespectful and rude over the phone causing me to say several times that I didn't understand their attitude when I asked questions to something unknown. When I gave concern about giving my full credit card information over the phone again I pretty much was dismissed and told "we are busy, do you want the rental or not"...very rude for a manger. I work in customer service and at no point in time would I ever be too busy to give good service to every consumer, especially when representing another company! If that location cannot handle servicing the workload without friendliness and answering questions without being rude, they should reconsider being a U-Haul location or get better management who knows how to equally service customers properly. I would never use that location again! Your best U-Haul location so far is on Stallings Drive. It is further out in town but by far a good representation of your company!Daphne C.
My reservation was not in this computer and I was held up for 1.5 hours trying to get it straightened out. The owner was rude and impatient. The reservation had not been put on his docket from the main office. There is always a problem with u haul, nothing ever goes right.This really started us off in bad moods. The confirmation email as well as Precision Auto's facebook, google, and website all stated I could pick my truck up at my scheduled time of 7am however the location refused to release the vehicle and told me to come back at 8am.Roger A.
I made a reservation for the U-haul online. At the time of pickup, I was asked to remain in my vehicle and the sales clerk completed the transaction via phone due to COVID-19. I was uncomfortable providing my credit card info, considering I had already entered it online. The clerk was not interactive, nor was she helpful. I had to complete the initial inspection online and the link expired before I could complete it, which ended up costing me more in fees because I could not accurately document the fuel and mileage. There was dog hair in the seats and the trailer had clumps of dog hair also. However, there is a sign in the back of the U-haul clearly stating that the U-haul should be swept prior to returning to avoid a $25 charge. The return process was equally as frustrating. All done online. Personal interaction is best...socially distant, of course. There should not be a fee to have a live person inspect the condition of the equipment before or after.Marcus H.
