U-Haul 24/7 dld not work. No keys were left. I had to wait 2 hours for the location to open. I had 3 hired workers waiting at 50 $per hour each. Truck was parked within 2" of the trucks on both sides. I had to back out blindly into their parking lot. The truck smelled like cigarettes. They only leave a 1/4; tank of gas, so I had to spend more time adding it. They said I could drop off at any location, but the place I dropped it off at tried to refuse it. They were worse. I had the worst experience. I need to rent again next week, but it won't be with Uhaul.Jerry C.

It is difficult to get assistance with the return app. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes without getting assistance from U-Haul. There are charging me for an extra day because the return check in took so long. The location staff was excellent but the main contact leaves a lot to be desired. I have rented from U-Haul for years and have never had an experience like this.Olive W.

The woman at the front desk was very rude and was implying to my african american boyfriend that she can't give us the keys because people â€œhave been stealing trucksâ€ and looked right at him. AFTER i already paid to get the keys. i had to argue with her in order to get them, she made us feel uncomfortable and questioned us where we were going and how long it was going to take. she would not have done that if my boyfriend wasn't black. i will never rent from Uhaul again. please confront your staff on the terrible service they gave. My credit card was double charged (still no refund) after reviewing the receipt they emailed its not even the amount that was charged the first two times. The truck was filthy with food wrappers and Dixie cups in it. And only a 1/4 tank of gas. I will not be back to this place. This happened on Saturday of course and I was told the double charge couldn't be refunded until this week. I'm still waitingâ€¦Lisa B.

Truck was and is in need of repair, went to 1 store to pre order equipment, was sent to polk appliance to get equipment, place was closed, no body answered phone and place was trashy. We were sent out of are way to get equipment, but premier did all they could to make it correct, next time I will check other rental companies.Richard G.

It wasn't friendly. I ended up being late to get my machine Because of their own technical difficulties... I could of done it online checkin but got told to stop Because the online system was going to take a truck they wanted to give to another folks(there was 8 trucks at this site at the time).... then they made me wait to get my truck. If they had more training in the uhual checkin online system that be great.Nathan G.

THE WORSE PLACE EVER we pay for two days for broken vehicle. All the two days we are on the phone with uhaul and also in life chat and in the end we also paid 40$for the gas in the credit card and didn't make the moving. We went to another place to get it done!Angel L.

They assigned me to drop the trailer off at some scetchy location, when I called them they said to drop it off elsewher they are full. They said uhaul would eb texting me info of new drop off location. They texted me the same location. They finally agreed to take the trailer, they lady said she didnt know how to use the new new computer system, but would figure it out. The next day after i dropped it off, I got a voicemail from someone trying to help me find a new drop location.. I've have been really mad if I was relying on uhaul the day of a move.GAVIN W.

Uhaul customer service was disgraceful but this location was good. I had a rental at another location and they handed me the keys but said the back is locked and we don't know the combo so go call roadside assistance. Here I was in a small town without a ride and told either to wait an hour to get the lock off or to be transferred down the road with almost no Uber service.Avidor G.

Take a look at your website. I tried to book this rental on line initially but it failed to save my information when it can time to check out. This happened twice. I then rented the trailer in person. The lady I worked with on checking out the equipment has great customer relation skills and very knowledgeable.Rusty H.
Store opened late so I didn't receive vehicle on time. Also vehicle was on empty when I was told it had a 16th of a tank. I left vehicle with a quarter of a tank and was told it was at a 16th. When I called to dispute i was told I would get an 18,35 $ credit, I was only credited 12,00 $. Very disappointed in the whole experience-Carri W.

I was upset they charged me for fuel. I put more in then I left with. I even took a photo of the mileage and fuel gage so this wouldn't happen. Yet it still did.. Wow.. Just wow.Timothy W.
When we arrived to turn in Truck we rented office was closed with a sign on door will be back at 1:30 . 2 Customers before us left and stopped waiting. After waiting 25 minutes past when they was coming back from lunch the 3 Ladies pulled up 25 minutes late. Poor way to run a business not opening on time and having all 3 employees at lunch at sametime should stagger lunch so someone is always available instead of making them wait because they are all 3 having lunch together. Office very messy . I personally wouldn't recommend this locationROGER W.

I reserved a 10 foot truck from another location. Later I received an email telling me that my location had changed because there was no 10 foot truck at the location I had reserved it from. Then when I went to pick it up from the revised location, there was no 10 foot truck. I was forced to rent a van and make several trips with several vehicles which cost considerably more. U Haul refused to give me any discount. It cost me seriously more money (compensating the other vehicles with gas and mileage besides the van) and it cost me more time as more trips needed to be made. I am hot happy with UHaul.Pete E.

Everything was great except I was charged the 10 $for vehicle coverage when I got to the store even though I opted out when making my reservation online. I was asked to sign the bill without them telling me what I was being charged. Now that I have seen my bank account summary, I pulled up the receipt and see where they charged for the coverage. I have screenshots of my reservation and it clearly shows that I did not want the coverage.Angelica C.
