The truck had motor oil spilled all in the bed of the truck when I picked it up. The guy working there did give me some blankets to lay over the oil which actually was a big help Only had 1/4 of a tank of gas also. Maybe thats how they do it here . I'm used to having a full tank when you pick it up so that you just fill it back up before bringing it back instead of trying to guess on the amount of gas to put back in.
JERRY BU-haul broke down. Vehicle had terrible maintenance.
NATHAN EExcellent customer service. The young lady that checked us out explained everything really well. When we got our final receipt, there were no added, hidden, or surprise charges, which I'm always worried about with rental places.
BRENT MThis location had polite personal who were efficient and accommodating. My only suggestion is for better signage to draw ones attention to the location which is at the rear of the property.

Ana BWhen I arrived for my pick up appointment, I was told the system was down. I asked if the woman behind the counter would text me when I could come back. About 30 minutes before the store closed at 5, I called. She said yes, the system was back up and I could come in. She said she wasn't able to text me, then asked if I got the text to upload my license. When she gave me the keys to the truck she pointed to where it was parked. I had trouble with the gear shift and went back to the store for help at 4:52. She had already closed up and left! I knocked on the front and back doors. I called and left a message. I finally got the truck in gear. No one from the store called to follow up. While on the freeway the next day, I notice I can't see the traffic on the passenger side because the mirror was DUCT-TAPED together and the sun was melting it!!!! It was very dangerous. We had trouble getting the ramp all the way back in too. It was not customer friendly and the truck was in bad shape. I have been a UHaul customer for 20 years and would like a refund.

Oliva LThe app does not work to access location. I had to go into the office to check out the truck as the app has bugs and it was not working. It keep in saying I was not at the location.
daisy cNot enough dollys. I paid for 6 only 3 were available so I had to take an appliance dolly and I was charged full price. truck had a door with the entire plastic falling off every time I opened it. Like the ENTIRE weather stripping.

Our move was very stressful when we were relying on the dollies to move heavy furniture, and Ernie was able to get us what we needed ASAP. His customer service was top notch and we are incredibly grateful for his professionalism and assistance with our move. THANK YOU!!

Victoria BMobile pickup was not a smooth experience. The dolly I reserved was not included with the truck. Upon returning, the location removed the charge for the dolly.

Karen IProblem with a flat tire- road side assistance was unbearable!!! From first call to Uhaul on a Friday night at720P -still was waiting at 9pm. Another call from Uhaul around 9p telling me I would have to wait another 90-120 minutes. Finally called another tow company and paid for the $200 tow myself. After several calls 4days ago and being told 2 times that the field mgr. will call me---still waiting for the Area Field Mgr Anthony Adams to call me back.

JUAN LCheck-in was quick, easy and friendly. However, there wasn't any signage to let us know where the building was, I drove by it once and my Uber driver almost missed it. Also, I wouldn't go there after dark to drop off without having my ride follow me and get me right away.

Ann Wno truck was ready, Called uhaul and was told manager failed to prep truck. I was sent to a new location 2,7 miles away, No uber was available in time, Yellow cab didnt show up, My son and I had to walk to the pick up location, we finally got a truck

Crystal YErnie is outstanding! This is the second time I have gone through him for a rental and he goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend him and his location to anyone looking for a rental. Michele at the corporate office is a different story. l do not have anything good to say about her. If she was the person I had to rent from, I would never use Uhaul. She is rude and unwilling to help customers out. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her or do business with her.
