Very Honest employees. I accidentally left my phone in the uhaul van, and Angie try reaching out to me. As soon as I realized I left my phone, we call my number and Angie answered and told me that my phone was in the main office. Thanks for being so honest. Keep up the wonderful job.
Raul J.Let me start by saying this is my first rental experience and I was wholly disappointed and disgusted. First, the agent had to re-enter my information more than four times, which meant I had to keep repeating the same information that had been provided. The excuse for this ineptitude? The computer wasn't working properly! What?! Secondly, the truck that I got was filthy! How filty was it? 1) It had a used plastic fork on the floor of the vehicle; 2) there was dirt on the mats; and 3) there was chewed gum stuck to the side of the driver seat! 冷冷 So, when you go to adjust the seat, you encounter this disgusting and unsanitary mess!冷 Additionally, the passenger side view mirror was cracked and a part of the glass was missing. Noting these conditions, I notified the rental agent immediately. She said quote "they're aware!" Really?! My dissatisfaction was further compounded when I was charged $15 for three gallons of gas for going a total of seven miles in the rental. If the vehicle was sitting in the lot, clearly unchecked and cleared for rental given its dirty and filty conditions, how do I know that the charges for the gas was attributable to me? I DON'T! The agent didn't disclose that I would be charged for gas if the tank wasn't full when the rental was returned. The customers should be given the choice to fill up the tank before returning the rental, or pay the surcharges for the gas used used. They shouldn't be hit with a surprised charge when they return the vehicle. That this was done and customers are stuck with these charges is unethical and absurd! Signed Thoroughly disgusted!

Pro Auto and the woman who handles the U-Haul business named Angie did a great job accommodating my schedule and furnishing me with clean and ready to go equipment for four separate trips. They represent U-Haul at the highest level of customer service, and you should commend them for doing so. Excellent experience thanks to Pro Auto!

She called another U-Haul rental site and we were able to get all of the pads needed. She made a good recovery, turning a bad situation around.
