Avery BThe next time someone rents, please verify its cleanliness. There was a service charge for cleaning and if this is being charged to your customers, there should be no reason why Hazmat, furniture pads, and debris (from what I assume was a previous move) was inside the back of the truck. Additionally, please do some maintenance on these trucks, my poor rental felt as if it were on its last breath. Ending on a good note, the customer service was fantastic. Thank you to the person behind the counter. You were amazing, please continue to be who you are. But really! I am really shocked about your truck. The hazmat though, that was unacceptable.

James BParking space was extremely tight. Very little clearance and tough to maneuver the vehicle in/out of parking spot.
Richard AI have been overcharged for mileage. They put I drove 41 miles. I live 0,4 miles from the rental location. Then 1,1 miles from the storage facility where I moved my things. I made two trips. Meaning a total of 5,2 miles driven. I have submitted a customer complaint but will take 3 days to hear back. I have rented from uhaul 3 times in the last month and never had this issue.

Pamela AIt was an easy process to reserve online. We got confirmations & updates via text or via phone for every transaction or any changes. Our receipts were emailed to us right away. We were given instructions and links via text on what to do next (picking up, returning truck). Everything was easy, organized and fast to follow and process. It's affordable, too. We rented the 10' truck for $19,99 per day. Plus the mileage we used it for, just $1,99 per mile. Not bad at all.
