Requested by Passport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to get them to open early. Which they did. Cudos to them but you cost me an hour of valuable time.

Walter L.It would be much more convenient to have the vehicle gas tank full for each rental. The estimate of the number of gallons needed to bring the tank back up to the 3/4 it was when picked up was helpful but I nonetheless ended up returning the truck with at least an extra 1/8 of the tank more than was actually required.

HANS H.We always get excellent, prompt customer service at the Produce Barn. It's a convenient spot to pick up a Uhaul and we can pick up everything else we need there, too- from tools to hardware to a deli sandwich.

It's been 3 days and multiple calls to customer service but the GM in Northboro, MA apparently doesn't like to talk to customers. I'm about to escalate my issue to social media, the BBB and local regulators. Your “bait and switch†tactics along with blatant overcharging need to be stopped.

Kenneth M.When I returned the vehicle I was told by the young man who served me at that time that the truck was filthy and he had to clean. I transported a moped in that truck. No other material, food, drink or any thing else was put into that truck by me. I noticed that the truck was dusty but I did not see any trash. I resent that I was accused of leaving the truck dirty. All I can figure is the truck was not inspected after the last user left it off.

Ron K.I had to wait 3 hours after my scheduled reservation to get the truck. They also charged me twice for a dolly they didn't have available, and told me to return to speak to the manager for a refund since they did not know how to cancel the transaction. I still haven't received the refund. Very bad experience.

DANIEL P.The trailer should be sold for scrap, floor was all dented and uneven, bottom hinge broken, had to drive top pin out with a hammer to open ramp. Rent from haul quite often, this was the worst piece of equipment I ever rented.
