ROBERT S.I tried to check in on line. However the online option couldn't find my reservation to check in. Called your customer service only to be hung up on. Called back had to go through the automated process again. Spoke to a Stephanie Smith was kind and considerate but could not check me in on line. This is the 21st century why can you not call in and check in a reservation? So I had to leave work today for an hour to do that. I will not be renting from UHaul again.

Larry J.Called the 1-800 number for uhaul to ask about the trailer ball height and size. I asked them twice was it 2 5/16 and was told yes. Only to get to pickup trailer and had the wrong ball size. Luckily my buddies truck I borrowed had the correct size in his toolbox.

Monica H.This was absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. I set this rental up a month in advance and the day before I was to pick up my truck my reservation was changed 4 times. I was sent to another pickup location and as I was entering the parking lot the reservation expired. I waited hours and was on the phone trying to get it fixed and the person told me I would have to drive to another location to pick up a truck. This was BY FAR THE WORST rental experience I have ever had and I will NEVER rent from Uhaul ever again. I have rented from Uhaul on every move I have made since I was 18 years old and I am truly disappointed and saddened by this. Uhaul better get it together or they will be out of business if this is what people can expect to experience. WORST WORST WORST experience ever.

randal S.I called and asked for a utility and the company did not have. I wasn't in the system when I got their after making a reservation. So the process took over an hour when I was on a time schedule. The place I picked up a cargo (as that is all they had to offer), was great, but the rep I spoke to over the phone messed up everything. Am not to happy with that.
jolene M.My original reservation was made with this office but they didn't have the trailer size we needed. So she made the reservation with another local site. We showed up for our 5:30 appt to pick it up and that office had closed at 5 when the website says 6. All other locations were also closed by this time. Wasn't able to get trailer til the next day. Delayed our trip. However, the original site now had the size trailer needed and we were able to reserve with them. Different woman and she was great! Cancelled with corporate our failed appt and rescheduled it. All uhaul sites should have accurate hours posted online and all other uhaul locations should see reservations. If they had, they would have known it was closed and he should have seen that the reservation was after his hours. Thank you for getting it straightened out but it delayed our trip by a few hours. Amy L.The girl working at the pool place told my husband to find the right trailer. There was no one to help him attach the trailer to his truck or check to make sure it wasn't attached correctly.
Lynn R.I employee did not come out to the UHAUL with me to review everything. The miles and gas were not recorded correctly. The Uhaul was also dirty. I tried calling the place I picked everything up from multiple times and they never answered the phone. Now I have to make sure I get charged correctly for everything.
