Very diligent and professional. They got me in and out in under 10 minutes without a prior reservation. I got also charged accurately upon returning the truck a few hours later. Hands down!

1. Make sure you do a pre trip check with your customers to document the vehicle specs. I had to do this alone using my own phone to record. 2. Upon returning the vehicle, make sure you check it in right away. I returned the vehicle early, however, it was not checked in. Not only did I receive an unnecessary phone call asking did I return the vehicle, I was erroneously charged and extended rental fee that I have to wait 5 business days to get back.

It was not on time they told me 7 and I had to wait till 9 am because no star program in that location. I have rented with U-Haul many times and never had this happen. The customer service lady was very rude even with your representative Rosa who was the only help and friendly one. I got transferred over and over adding to my frustration and I was on the phone for almost 2 hours to rectify the situation that was a U-Haul mistake. I would not rent with U-Haul again!

Nicholas DoyleU-haul should ensure hours match reservation. My reservation was at 830a at another location. My reservation got switched to this location due to equipment unavailability, but no one informed me the new location doesn't open until 9am, and that I would be unable to get my vehicle until then. On top of that, the lady was 15 mins late to work that day, so I didn't even get my vehicle until almost an hour after my scheduled time (930a). I was unable to check-out online myself because the app still had me at the original location. It was a mess. Another issue is that I ordered a dolly ($12), but was unable to take it with me on my one-way move because this location doesn't allow their dolly to leave their location. Therefore, I didn't have a dolly once I got to my new location despite paying for one. It was just a messy start, but eventually, I got on my way and had a successful move.
Maurica PriceThis was not a good experience. They rescheduled my reservation to another pick up location about 20 miles from the original pick up location. When I arrived, the young lady was as helpful as she could be. When I went to the original location, they told me I could get the tow hitch assembly and everything I needed and some one would assist me with the trailer. When I got to the rescheduled location, They did not have the tow hitch assembly the first location told me they would have. They could not provide any assistance or answer any questions as she said they were not an authorized dealer u-haul, they're just a satellite location. The young lady at the second location was helpful, but limited in what she could a d couldn't do as it seems no one communicated the changes to her.
Craig MorrisI was not properly checked in upon equipment return and did not receive a return receipt but was told I was good to go. This resulted in multiple notifications from uhaul about late or unreturned equipment. This rental turned into a very negative experience for me and I would not recommend or use uhaul again if I can avoid it.

Jimmy FvenstraThe service were I picked up the was good. However wants I got to my starting point, loaded the truck the A/C went out. It was 90 degrees and humid. I called customer service and registered for a callback. Once I received the callback the phone kept hanging up. I never spoke with a live representative. I will keep trying until I get a response.

Jack WorthI was totally over charged at this location!!!!! I drove my truck rental FIVE miles and had it for maybe a little over an hour. The gas needle never moved, but I $49 for gas and some other fee!! I was very upset considering they knew I did not have the truck long enough to even burn out that much gas! When I called to speak with the manager there, he was extremely rude about it and said I would have to call customer service to get refunded because there was nothing he could do. Clearly was was upset and his way of trying to defuse the situation was to say to me, " can you stop hollering at me"! This was the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul! I will never rent from that location again! This manager Quinton was extremely rude and needs a serious lesson in customer service!! He could care less that I was over charged. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
