All self serve app is is a pain could not access it had to get an android phone from son
Martin A.The app was not working after payment is authorized. When reserving the it automatically chose to do self pickup option , the dealer was available and after trying calling to customer care , after one hour dealer gave the key . The app was not showing the key code , when called customer care they said they are facing issues call after 30 mins . Very bad experience on a working day I had to come back to work within 2 hrs . I would not recommend app to anyone , may be we need to try in person with shop to pickup vehicle .

Terry G.This was the worst experience I have ever had with U haul. The lock box and virtual pick up was awful. It took me almost 2 hours to get my truck because of the process and having to get support to help me. I had to pay my movers to sit and wait for 1,5 hours which cost me over $200 extra. I will never use U-Haul again!

RANDY C.We picked up the truck Saturday around mid-day when Quinn Equipment is normally closed. I don't really like using apps and online-self service stuff, I like to just go in to a counter. There was no one there, they were closed, but we called the number for the location and a guy answered and was able to get us helped out over the phone. What could have been a very stressful situation was a minor inconvenience. Very happy with the service and everything.

michael K.The staff member we worked with was friendly, professional, and helpful. This location is very conveniently located in Marion, near our home also. My only concern was the large areas of frozen and bumpy snow/sleet across the parking area when walking up to the office. Be careful!

Kevin M.I had trouble with the app/location services and couldn't scan the barcode at the location to let it know I was there. Had to use my FILs phone, then it worked. So it was something in my settings but it never told me how to fix it or what I needed to do. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise great. Thanks!
Jeffrey S.They do not answer phones or return calls from answer machine. Operator ignored call while we were there. Inaccurate milage on contract and back of truck interior needed washing. Sent out on our long journey with only 3/8th tank.

David D.This is NOT site related - staff was great and attentive to my needs. Truck exhaust was various levels of loud throughout the trip but became progressively louder as I traveled further. After a sudden stop in traffic, the exhaust became quiet again. Some time later, while accelerating up an incline, the exhaust became loud again. While stopping to purchase gas, I noticed exhaust fumes with the window down. When I reached my destination, I looked under the truck and found there were no bolts holding the exhaust collector to the catalytic converter. Over time the connection slipped apart and there was a gap that ranged anywhere between 1/8 “ and 5/8†inch, allowing exhaust gases and noise to escape. I have a picture of this saved for your reference.

Raymond M.The employee who helped us at Quinn was fantastic, but we had major problems with the U-Haul because the driver who used the equipment last had used diesel. Working with U-Haul after the truck broke down several blocks away was not a great experience, as both the location and we had a very hard time getting someone on the line to help us. U-Hail also did not communicate effectively about the problem to the towing company, telling them the problem was that the truck needed a battery jump, though the engine had killed. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to drive to this location (45min from our home rather than the U-haul location down the street) in the first place to pick up a vehicle that we paid $2800 to rent, that we ultimately couldn't even use. We had to drive an additional 30min to pick up a vehicle that functioned to begin packing.
