Get the drop off location (Easton, MD) correct so I don't have to drive to the incorrect location you selected 1/2 hr away (Grasonville, MD) to avoid a "wrong drop off location fee".

Location was fine, but the used the app for self-checkin and it was a total pain. It kept looping, asking me to take license pictures multiple times causing 20 minute delay before I could actually complete the checking.

The drop off location was closed on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. No signage as to where the drop box was located (no indication on the storefront that they even had vehicles for rent). This is a strip mall and the uhaul vehicles were behind the building. Finally found the Dropbox because a neighboring business owner saw me looking in the storefront.

Person opening store was 15 minutes late. I had already been waiting over an hour for a truck. After opening the store, he acted as if he had a hangover. He told me I needed to drop off the truck at a location 45 minutes away from where I live, even though there is a uhaul location within 2 miles of my house.

It would be great if they showed up on time they were 1hour 45 minutes later was on a tight time schedule I reserved the truck earlier in the week for that reason. The Ups truck showed up FedEx 3 other customers who wanted to send packages what a joke for a business

Front desk man was nice but was the only one there and it took 55 mins to get both trucks checked out. Also had multiple people calling to confirm the same reservation, multiple times and there didn't seem to be any communication between all the parties calling. We had several issues with how many days we were actually suppose to get and we were completely on our own in trying to hook up the auto transporters. Took half hour just to figure them out and no one was out there to help.

Day before my pickup my location was changed to a different location which was farther away from the original location. Place opened at 10 my pickup was 11. They only had the one truck and it was returned after hours the night before after being rented for a month. The truck was litterally lived in the whole month. It was dirty and gross. It reeked of cigarette smoke badly and we couldn't drive it without having the windows open for the whole rental. When we got done our clothes smelled of cigarettes and I am hoping we don't get scabies. The truck also had zero fuel in it and had to head right to a gas station so I didn't run out of gas. The person tried to clean it up a little bit but it really needed to be cleaned for a half a day or more. It was the only truck they had and I was on a time schedule due to being from out of state and having to get the move done in the same day. Tried to call the customer service number but waited on hold for more than a hour to complain after the rental. I will try again but am expecting the same results.I don't blame the pickup location due to the situation with the truck. If uhaul transferred me to a different location they should have sent me to one that already had a truck not one that was expected to come in. What if it didn't show up , I would have been out of a truck and been scrambling to find another. I hope that maybe they will make this right but....
