David HFix the a/c. When I picked the truck up the air was working fine as I drove it quit blowing out of the vents on the dash and started to come out of the feet vents. I am in arizona and its the middle of July the temperature here is well above 100 degrees most of the summer so having a/c is pretty important out here
Caleb DThis review goes beyond just the pick up location. The whole experience with uhaul was one of the worst I’ve had in years!!! Nothing about this whole experience was even close to what should be allowed. If we the consumer don’t seek your services. There is absolutely no need for you. This is mainly for the POOREST of service at the So called Customer Service Center. I experienced better efforts from Fast Food Restaurants. That’s just how upsetting this whole experience has been. I will definitely work harder to find more customer oriented business for my moving needs.in the future.
SYLVIA SGreat customer service from the time we picked up the vehicle and the return. They were awesome!!!
