Twice this location hit me with fuel charges that were removed because I had digital proof of fuel level. The location also failed to check in an appliance dolly on my first trip that cause more charges to my payment method. I had to make separate calls and take more of my time to get these charges removed. Luckily a local Uhaul representative was able to help and I can't more highly recommend her customer service. Susan Singh (location phone (856) 910-9121), I believe at the Cinnaminson, NJ location was the help person. Please not that her common sense handling of this situation should be the model that Uhaul strives to reproduce. Thank you, Tim RehmerTIM R.

The entire process of renting was dissatisfactory. Doing everything on-line is confusing and frustrating. Picking up the truck the "attendant" did not know which truck I was getting, no explanation of the check of existing conditions of the vehicle, when I did go online the link expired mid way through the process, conditions shown on pick up of vehicle were incorrect in all categories ( it showed no damage on vehicle, a full tank of gas, a hand truck with moving blankets. The truck as received had damage on the box on both the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle, a 1/4 tank of gas, and no hand truck or moving blankets). Upon returning the vehicle,, I indicated to the person the conditions of the vehicle were incorrect regarding damage,, fuel and functionality (hand truck and bkankets). This person acknowledged he knew the conditions were wrong before I picked up the vehicle. The function of the vehicle was okay (engine was rough at times), the turn blinkers on the oassenger side did not work. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I wouldnot recommend using UHaul to anyone.Chris Y.
Truck was clean. Drivers side door was tough to close and the gas tank was not full. In addition the moving blankets that were ordered were not included and we were not informed.Andrew W.

It took about 30-40 minutes to pick up the truck due to issues in communication at the location. Also, the equipment kept getting low tire pressure after driving for about 30 miles.Gregory F.

I had my pickup location changed two days before my move when I had booked the truck nearly two weeks prior. Not thrilled that I had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick up my truck vs the 10 I should've.Thomas L.
Reserved equipment in Deptford NJ and was sent to Pennsville NJ to pick it up (32 miles away) ; I wasn't given any notification that was the location till I arrived at Deptford location and was told there . My pick up time was 5pm at 5:06pm I received text to pick up truck in Pennsville. Person at Pennsville location didn't offer any refund only told me to talk to drop off location. Drop off location was very helpful , told me I would get $50 credit .michael I.

Scheduled the truck 11-3. When I arrived no one there could give me a key Waited til 11:45 still no key so I told them I would return at 3 still had to wait 40 mins finally got the key completed my move filled the tank returned the truck by 6:40 the same day Thought all was good til I received a bill for $164 for less then a 4 hour transaction. I've called uhaul and have not gotten any satisfaction. Will never and will not recommendTracy G.

Very bad service at this location. You have on your website that appliance dollies are available. In fact they do not have anything available at this site except for trucks. The lady who runs it has no clue what she is doing. I had to wait a half an hour for her. She never told me that the dolly was not available. I was halfway into my move before I realized it was not there. I had to drive all the way back to the location when she finally told me â€œoh I forgot to tell youâ€. The place is a mess.Beth S.

Location did not have the truck I had requested. I was never called to rearrange my scheduling. I was not able to complete my move and I had to pay an additional two hours to my moving crew on top of the hundreds of dollars I had already paid only to be told by Uhaul that the movers are a separate entity even though I booked them through their moving platform.Jacquelyn C.
