Major issues with U-Haul Truck Rental on 9/28/26: 1) I was overcharged compared to the price quoted to me for the truck rental by U-Haul at Rachel’s Market in Pennsville, NJ. 2) the Appliance Dolly that I paid to rent was not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to drive to a different UHAUL location to get it the next day. 3) the U-Haul truck’s gas tank was only 1/8 full of gas with only a 34 mile range when I picked it up. I had to put $150 worth of gas in it to fill it! 4) I returned the truck with a range of 134 miles which was 100 miles more than when I picked it up - this is equal to 10 gallons more gas in the tank then when I picked it up. So U-Haul still owes me $46 dollars for the 10 gallons more of gas that I put in the tank compared to when I picked it up.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisUpon my return of the Equipment my Card was charged almost an additional $300 unnecessarily. I’d like that Money returned expeditiously. Any Bank fees incurred because off this unauthorized charge will be forwarded to the U-Haul Company. I have a strong suspicion that this is not the first time you all have done something like this. I am just now paying attention. I wonder how many other people you do the same thing to Nationwide. Very disappointing
BOYD BThe constant changing of pick up locations was irritating. I initially booked at this location (Rachel’s) was told they didn’t have the truck and I would have to go to swedesboro (13 miles away) then I called and it was moved to Hook Road in Pennsville and then the day of I got a message that it moved back to Rachael’s. I didn’t see the message and went to the prior place. It was just very unorganized. Not the stores fault but the u haul scheduling
