When I rented the uhaul I noticed the oil light was on. I called the dealer right away and he just said yeah, I need to get that in. but, i should be fine. I picked up the uhaul on thursday, loaded it, and friday morning noticed a front left very flat tire. I was supposed to take the uhaul to a festival to unload for a fundraiser. I took the uhaul to our maintenence shed and the manager said the front left was very low and the inside left had zero tire pressure. We got it pumped up and I was on my way. I was very concerned. I was late and kept about 25 volunteers waiting about an hour. FYI, the brakes were very poor. I had to stomp on the floor and the shocks were bad too. Basically I was somewhat concerned for my safety. I called roadside on sunday morning to check the tires. Since I would be driving it back that night. he changed the front left and his comment was, they didn't check the tire pressures before they rented it? I told him about the oil light and he said they should have never rented it. I was concerned for my safety so this is why I made the decision not to fuel up. I just wanted to "make it" to the dealer location. The "share" drop off web site did not work. That was frustrating as well. Here is a quote from your survey about U-haul.... I had the worst truck I have ever rented from uhaul at this location and when I filed a complaint I was treated poorly. Shame on you uhaul for your customer service and allowing a broke down 17' truck on the road like the one I was given.KIMBERLY B.

The AC in the truck was intermittent. The truck also has a starting issue. Sometimes I would have to sit there and crank on it for a while before it would start up. This truck sucked.Trevor L.

We rented a 26 footer, power steering was going out (they knew it) we made sure they knew about damage so we wouldn't be blamed. The truck was very hard to steer & turn, our opinion it was NOT safe to drive but we did it anyway, had the truck less than 6 hrs cost 85 $When we brought it back a customer was waited on that came in after us, he was renting his later in the week.RONALD S.

Should not have starting fuel level at 1/4 tank. It should be at least 1/2 tank or ideally full. Not ideal for a customer needing to get on the road right away and having to stop for fuel after only 15 minutes on the road.Steven H.

For U-Haul having their system screwed up the gentleman here are very courteous and apologetic about my inconvenienceJOSEPH S.
I picked up a truck that the online confirmation app showed was damaged and asked me to confirm. When I disputed the fact that the truck was damaged, I got tossed off the app and was unable to reenter due to "time out" issues. Thank heavens the guys at this location were able to see and document the fact that the truck had been fixed and did not contain the damage alleged in the photo.David R.
The staff was very helpful considering they didn't have the equipment that I was told they had because there's been so many people sent this location to pick up equipment because another location or other locations in town we're not operating or did not have the equipment that morning. The call center also forwarded many people that were looking for a particular piece of equipment that they only had one of and it was a first come first serve. The gentleman there took very good care of me they were courteous but they did that to send me to another location to pick up the second half of my reservation. Due to this being U-Haulâ€˜s inability to have their act together and it cost me more time and more money due to running to things separately and I will NEVER use U-haul again. not because of this place but because of how U-haul treated me over all.BRIAN WILLIAM B.

I dropped the vehicle off and was told â€œthe person that checks them in ain't here so you can just leave the keyâ€. I left the key and drove past there 2 days later and the vehicle had yet to be checked in. I had to call inside to Rainbow Furniture and ask them to check the vehicle in because I did not want to be held accountable for it.LASANDRA J.

I tried using the movers and I wasn't ever contacted by the moving company I picked. I believe on your website it states that they would reach out to me first. I waited maybe 4-5 days to hear something and nobody ever got in contact. I think at that point I noticed an email saying that I should contact them? I ended up cancelling because I wasn't sure how I would explain how I booked their service through a different website that they apparently don't know when they're bringing in customers. Shouldn't they be notified when someone books them through your website so they can reach out to me and I can give them that payment code? I'm not upset, i just wish it were more clear because it seems like an amazing service. Maybe let me select like 3 different services all within the same price range and have them reach out to me so that if no one reaches out from "xyz moving service" then it's likely that someone else will reach out. I wish I had figured it out because I still have stuff to move.Jordan L.
I was charged a return fee of 20 $even though I checked in online as directed. When I called the location to question I was told that the 20 $would not be charged to me and be waived due to the fact that the GPS did not register correctly which I was told was an issue on U-Hauls and not mine. I am not happy that I had to pay 20 extra dollars when I followed the instructions. I am not sure that I would use a location that has remote check in again for this reason.Angela F.
