The employees at Rainbow were Fabulous and very inviting. Superb customer service. The only issue I had was that the Uhaul website said I had the trailer for 3 days with unlimited miles. When Rainbow pulled up the contract, it said 2 days with 160 miles. They added time and miles in the notes but I was still concerned with this. There is a glitch in the system you need to correct!

I used to work here and it's still running on all cylinders like it was when I was there it's a great place to take your children and family its great to look around at the furniture while you wait in line for the uhual or just to look around and get ideas of what you want in the space you want to change.

Equipment should not have been rented. Needs repair. Headlights were way out of alignment - drivers side was pointing 30 feet in the air. Needed significant bodywork â€" driver side door would not close tightly due to damage to door exterior.

The care and professionalism I receive from this location (Rainbow furniture) is truly top notch. I use uhaul alot for my business and have used multiple locations in the past but since I started going to this location I use it exclusively simply because of the staff. Very very well run.

Didn't have the correct truck at pick up, was on hold with customer service for 5 minutes until someone answered. They're line kept cutting out and I got 2 different wrong sets of keys before finding a truck I could take.

about 1/3 of the furniture pads I rented were wet. luckily I rented more than I needed, and it was a sunny day so I was able to dry 4 or 5 of them on the hood of the car while we were loading the trailer.
