I paid double the amount because the truck I was driving didn't have heat. I requested another truck and they were very friendly and complied with my request. I paid again for the second truck and I have not received the money that was owed from the first truck. 103 dollars

JENNA KNo room for improvement. Customer service is top notch unlike the Washington Blvd. location where rude staff, mechanical breakdown of rental truck and vermin infestation in storage units has costs me thousands of dollars. The Rainbow Furniture Uhaul Hub is highly recommended. In fact; my Son rented 15 ft. truck the same day I did to transport to his own hone all I could not carry during IN to TX relocation.
