David MExperience was excellent as always I'm a frequent flyer. There a very nice operation to work with it .
Dale WUnfortunately this location was closed and no one around to receive the equipment I was dropping off. Perhaps it is because it was a Saturday. Anyway thank goodness for the app. It was easy to understand and use. The most stressful part of the return was backing the 5x8 trailer into a parking spot. With no one around to assist, I ultimately chose to park it on the lawn that was already muddy and chewed up by a previous vehicle. Otherwise I would have had to attempt backing the trailer into a spot between two others. Not be super experienced at backing up, I didn't want to risk damaging another U-Haul vehicle.

Janeen PI had to spend money on jumper cables and jump it to get it to my moving location and back to the u haul site. Check engine light was on even when we drove it off the lot. After the money you spend on these things it shouldn't be this way!

ANDREW DOnly problem I had was they rented the van out from under me when I actually needed it for a extended time frame. How can you rent something you don't even have sitting on the lot ..

Sharon STruck was filthy, smelled bad, and had bald tires. I don't blame the gentleman that helped me rent the truck...but the truck should have been cleaned. It needed to be swept out and the floors inside were dirty, and the truck was parked in the mud. I've rented a lot of trucks over the years (mostly penske) and NEVER had such a poor experience.
