Unfortunately this location was closed and no one around to receive the equipment I was dropping off. Perhaps it is because it was a Saturday. Anyway thank goodness for the app. It was easy to understand and use. The most stressful part of the return was backing the 5x8 trailer into a parking spot. With no one around to assist, I ultimately chose to park it on the lawn that was already muddy and chewed up by a previous vehicle. Otherwise I would have had to attempt backing the trailer into a spot between two others. Not be super experienced at backing up, I didn’t want to risk damaging another U-Haul vehicle.
