Once I've arrived in Lake Charles area, I needed to return the tow-dolly first to be able to unload the truck safe in the parking lot of apartment complex. When I arrive the U-haul place, nobody was there and I had to dissemble the tow-dolly myself and left it there on December 27th (at around 5:10 PM)! I recognized that I got charged extra $20 because I left the tow dolly there after 5:00 PM! I don't think this is FAIR! Probably I will never ever use U-Haul service again!
Ahmet YI returned the Uhaul with a half tank of gas although I picked it up with only a quarter tank. I returned it at 7 AM, 3 hours before the scheduled 10 AM drop off and I was charged another $50 for gas and late delivery charges!!!

MILDRED HThe truck was dirty on the inside and one of the head lights was broken which made driving at night very difficult. Because of this we had to drive slower. Also the truck would not st Start one time and this took over and hour to figure out that the battery cables was loose.

DAKOTA WReservation was a mix match of family info and email had Typo so I never received emails. We return the trailer a day early and was told we were good but it was never marked returned so we've spent hours calling, live chatting and in person visits to resolve.

Rogers vI rented my uhaul trailer from Hunter Blanchard, he was extremely sweet & polite. The uhaul was very reasonably priced. I didn't have a clue what I was doing but he was very informative and helped me so much. The renting process was a quick in and out. I recommend this location to everyone.

sandra AHad a great experience at Blanchard Auto & UHaul. Hunter, (our representative) was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable about everything I needed for our move. The trailer was in good shape and the rep. (Hunter) helped me to find the proper ball & receiver while patiently waiting for me to shop for each part. They also explained safety details about pulling a trailer. Good service! I recommend these guys if anyone wants quick, friendly service.

diana hThey did have the appropriate miles for my trip and charged my credit card 97 cents extra. Unreal, especially after they added 30 miles to the trip. The person I dropped off the truck with failed to look at it. I only realized this after receiving my receipt via email.
Robert PI called the facility twice around 4PM on Saturday afternoon and the number went to a fax line it sounded like. When I pulled into the driveway leading to the establishment it only allowed enough space for a single vehicle and the gate was locked. This left the trailer sitting in the roadway which was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. I was blocking traffic. I had to move signage and other obsticales and drive through another piece of property in order to get onto the UHaul property to drop off the trailer. Uhaul should never recommend a drop off point at this location when the business is closed.
Jonathan LOver charged me for Gas. Contract says to bring it back with 1/4 tank. Brought it back with slightly more than 1/4 tank. They charged my debit card an extra $42 before they checked my contract assuming that it needed to be full.
Benjamin OUnfriendly no printer for print out that you usually receive when renting, gas at 1/8 tank never experienced that with U-Haul before, also never asked if I had questions
Vicki Clocation did have a lot of room to pull truck in without concern for clearance. Staff was friendly and efficient, didn't even require me to park moving van in a specific spot.
Jeremy SThe guy never tighten the screw and when we pull the car up onto the trailer it came off the truck and flew up in the air very dangerous almost got hurt!
robert sThis location is open from 8-5 so if you need to drop off trailer after hours you can’t because they have a gate.
Craig CTrailer safety chain for emergency braking was not functional. Personnel tied it up at Irvin. Drop off location had no clue how to accept return because appropriate personal where not present. They gave no record of me returning trailer and did not believe that I had paid for rental prior to dropping off after showing paperwork. And still asked several times if inhad paid and I was at right drip off place with the paperwork in their hands.
