JOHN SBetter attitude from the employee. He was cussing and yelling! Getting my ptsd going. No need for that! I don't care if he was having a bad day. You don't act like a spycho around your customer.

DOUGLAS PThe $20 after hours fee for dropping off the trailer on Sunday is ridiculous especially when using the APP. No assistance is necessary and the photos included with the rental return is sufficient for placement and condition verification. Jennifer HThere was no personnal at the Virginia location since we dropped it off on Sunday. We returned the truck via self-return. It was slightly challenging to find a good place to park a 26" moving truck because there was a lot of other equipment we did not want to block access to.

Marjory WIt was a comedy of errors. I started the problem by having my hitch not functional when I came by to get a trailer. It took forever for them to get to me like 45 minutes plus. Their system was incredibly slow and they indicated it was due to West Coast volume coming online. This location rents all kinds of machinery in the lake. It was incredibly cluttered and dirty, as were the guys working there. When I did get their attention, they were good guys and do their best to help me out. They did have it worker who helped me to then rent a truck and he did an outstanding job was very quick. So I know if they are capable of getting things done quickly. When I attempted to rent the trailer, that whole thing took an hour and 15 minutes before they determined that my hitch electrical was not adequate.
William CI recently rented a 26 foot Uhaul truck from Jeff at Range Rent All and he made it the most streamlined, smooth process I could've imagined! He handled all the details, had incredible communication and knew all the answers to the countless questions I had. I helped us with planning, acquiring packing materials (boxes, tape, blankets/pads, etc), and set us up with easy return options at our destination! I would HIGHLY recommend renting a Uhaul from him again, it was a great experience!

benjamin bI showed up to get my trailer and found out that U-Haul cancelled my reservation without notifying me. This was a U-Haul.com mistake, NOT Range Rent All. Jeff went to work, found another option and got me on my way. Thanks for not passing the U-Haul issue on to me, Jeff! He cared about 'Doing The Right Thing' and the integrity of his business. I highly recommend giving your business to Jeff and his team.

Bruce BSlight issue with gas cap but worker immediately came to my home and got the gas cap off and took pictures etc. Truck was returned swept out in the cab as well as the back of the truck. Also i put gas in before returning. I have always been pleased with the service at this location and will use again in June

They even allowed me to keep my car there overnight and put it on the trailer the next morning after we had movers load up the U-Haul. Captain, Major (I can’t remember exactly what he went by) Kirk was exceptionally great!🦾👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bonnie SHelpful, curious and as prompt as the tech from U-Haul let him be. The U-Haul app is worthless. We have made 8 major moves in our married life. 7 with U-Haul. The loaders and unloaders were great. This truck was the worst truck of the 7. The others were good. Suspension and/or shocks on this truck needs to be fixed though.

Dione PCalled ahead of time they told me exactly where they were located. When I pulled in, they came out to greet me told me where to back it up to three employees at the drop off location unhooked my vehicle to the trailer and sign me out within minutes very efficient and friendly.

Travis GThe fellow that did the paperwork has zero customer service skills. I did not enjoy doing business with him. Next time I need something .. id likely walk out and try again later to see if someone else was there. Or simply go somewhere else.

Gary WThe locations were great. The over all u-haul experience was horrible and I would not recommend. Our current move is only temporary and I won't be using u-haul again when the time comes. I downloaded the app. The app stated the pick up location was incorrect and was stating that there was no truck available- hence why we had to use a location further away. I call u-haul and they verified the location was correct on their end. I prepaid for the truck as someone else was picking it for me. I was able to do this over the phone without issue. Then when the dollar amount from my account didn't match the truck, insurance and road side assistance I requested I called back. I was told the insurance and assistance were not on there and I was unable to pay via phone and needed to pay at location. I was transferred to someone else who did let me pay via phone. I was also paid for an appliance dolly and moving blankets. When my friend went to get the truck - the location didn't have dolly or blankets and refunded me the price but also cancelled the insurance and assistance. I called immediately and was able to put them back on or so I thought. Just to be sure I called the next day to verify. I was told the insurance was on but not the assistance and in order to put the assistance back on I would need to drive the truck back to the pick up location which was over an hour away. When I started to explain the situation to Tabitha, she cut me off, said have a good day and hung up on me. Very poor customer service. No one seems to know what is going on. Will not be using in the future or recommending. I then had to go to the closer location and rent the dolly and blankets. Those guys were great! Also no tie straps included in truck. Told I needed to buy my own. Why would they not come in a moving truck??
Michelle EU-Haul in general way over priced, paid over $400 for 2 days and total of 180 miles, when i coulda got 2 days and 185 miles if i woulda been even further away... Rip off.

daniel dNothing against the place where I picked up the trailer itself, but I originally asked for my trailer to be out of a place where I was working, and not an hour away. I ordered my trailers a couple of weeks in advance to have them at the place convenient for pick up. Then they told me I had to bring the trail back to where I got it from besides, even though it says on the side of your trailers it can be rented for one way travel. The place of business is perfectly fine. U-Haul on the other hand , you are deceitful in your advertising.
