This was a good spot to pick up easy to get in and out. However, I originally booked the truck and transport trailer in Grand Rapids, MN and this site was an hours drive away in Virginia, MN. So this meant three hours of wasted time. This and a snow storm came upon us so it made for a very stressful move. UHaul also said I would be compensated for the additional mileage to this new location but I still got charged an overage on the mileage when I dropped it off at Marvs Consignment.

JENNIFER BRange Rent All is great, however, I did have issues with customer service at the headquarters in Blaine. I got an email saying I needed to go to another location about 40 minutes away (each way) to pick up my truck. I explained to the woman that answered the phone (she didn't identify herself) that not only do I not have that kind of time, I don't have transportation to pick up the truck since this was a one way out of state trip. She was unsympathetic, rude, and condescending. She went on to tell me about how they don't guarantee they will have a truck at the location that you made the reservation at, and told me that either I wanted the truck and was going to pick it up at the location indicated, or I didn't want a truck. Due to her poor attitude, I got a little upset with her and I used the F word one time. She used that as an excuse to cancel my reservation and end the call. I had to spend all day on the phone the next day to try to get a hold of someone that was above her paygrade. I eventually got a hold of Isaiah in Blaine and he was able to rectify the situation and found a truck that was going to be at the original location I made the reservation for. This has nothing to do with Range Rent All, but I am VERY upset about my reservation being cancelled and having to spend an entire day the day before I was due to load the truck on the phone trying to fix it. This reflects poorly on Uhaul. I've been using Uhaul since the 90's and have never had an issue before. I am happy that Isaiah was able to get me a truck, but that shouldn't have happened to begin with.
