The location need lot of improvement. I have used other location that way much better than this location. The equipment was not clean and maintained at all, they have hidden insurance change I heard about only when I returned the equipment trying to tell me that the insurance is not optional, and so on. I had to find to get that charge removed.
The owner was great on the phone but the attendant arrived 30 minutes late and it took an hour more to get going. He was nice and wasn't feeling well due to the COVID shot so I could understand but the computer was complicated. I did check in online so I ended up in the computer twice Not hi fault but it took a while to figure out.
Great service at Rapid Tire. The cargo trailer, unfortunately leaked in an immense amount of rainwater during my trip, causing great damage to my personal property.

I made an online reservation yet I still ended up having to go to THREE different locations in order to get what I had reserved ! This is EXTREMELY unacceptable !
