The uhaul only had a 1/4 tank of gas which was inconvenient amid an already stressful move.

A disgusting dump of a place. Web site says the office was open 10-5 weekdays, but I arrived at 11am to find a sign on the door that they were closed! I called U-Haul directly and got a lady that was helpful and got me through the process of dropping the trailer in their yard. U-Haul should not have this location as a front for their business. Not a good spot!!

Location attendant told me they "do not accept trailers at this location" even though the crammed parking lot is full of trailers, both car haulers and cargo trailers. I then had to drive to a DIFFERENT location, where there were no attendants. Very sketchy location behind a building with no lights, no signs, no security and no assistance. I guess I just leave it here? What if someone rolls up after I leave and steals the trailer? I get blamed for not returning it? No one seems to care at all. This location MUST be changed, it's the only one in the area for hours in other directions.

This establishment was discussing. Garbage everywhere. Drug users lurking in parking lot while I unhooked trailer. Office looked like a bank repo. Discusting

Explain better the procedure for drop off if the location isn't open. Also that it has to be dropped off exactly at the right time. I had to drop off at happy land that doesn't open until 3pm. Cmon what place opens at 3. Then you charged me $22 for being 15 mins late because I didn't know how to do the after hours drop off procedure. I am furious about this sir charge and very disappointed.

Once again the address for drop off was a parking lot. I phoned the number given to me before drop off but no one answered. Left a message. This time no one was there to receive the truck. Phoned the 1 800 number for help was sent a video on how to drop off the truck. The info said we had to take the truck to a different location. We drove to the other location and discovered that the both places were connected. It was so not organized. Why should we be held liable dropping off a truck when there is no one there to receive it and confirm there was no damage.

Convenient location downtown - it is a new spot in an older building. Parking in the back is good but a little narrow but is right next to the street.

I received no call to confirm my reservation from this location until 20 minutes before my rental and that call was to inform me they changed the location of my pickup

When I showed up to pickup up my trailer, I was double booked in Renfrew. They told me to go to Pembroke, so I drove there and Pembroke also double booked me. I did not get a trailer even after booking 3 weeks in advance.

I have no issue with the Location. My issue is with U-Haul always waiting until a day before my scheduled pick up to change the location and equipment. It's happened every single time

I found the lot so full and really no office space for buyers needs such as boxes etc. Not the people, just no place for trucks and lot looked a bit grubby…could be that U-Haul is not their main business.

Easy drop off. No interaction with personnel however, but did not need to speak with them since the drop-off had no issues.

There was no one there when I dropped off my trailer. I used the drop box and my return was processed shortly afterward and I received my receipt via email. Very happy with transaction.

Showed up at around 1130 on a Wednesday morning and there was a sign in the window saying back in 15 minutes, meanwhile attendant is sitting in his car in parking lot right beside where we parked the truck and did not say anything.

Was disappointed to find out that the hours of operation started at 1 pm. That's way too late to get a full days work in with the rental. That said the representative at the other location was able to assist me in getting into the vehicle earlier. Merci!

it looks like he back of a rundown building , no signs taht its even a uhual place, except for the other uhual trailers , no one would find it, nto sure why the mobil was not the place for me to drop off its closer to my home.

Attendant did not appear to be interested. Just said drop off key. Did not wish to look at contract or check that everything was in order. I was happy that we took our own pictures

The truck I received was low on oil, power steering fluid and coolant. I started my "quick process" of getting my uhaul with the link not working and needing to wait an extra hour for all of the inspection and things to be done. I then had to drive out of my way to go pick up my own power steering fluid. I would not recommend this to anyone. As well I had my pickup location changed on me to a different location and then back with n excuse that the truck wasn't avaliable even though I had gone and made sure to find the location in which I was getting my vehicle from and saw the same truck I ended up getting anyways

The drop off location was fine, but essentially just a dirt parking lot full of U-Haul trucks. The cellular data was slow there, so it took nearly 30 minutes to add the photos to the u haul app.

The trailer had some corrosion, when we hooked the trailer up to a well maintained truck. It kept setting an alert off in the truck when no movement was made and in the middle of the night when no-one was around the trailer and truck
