Front left tire was flat. I paid 5 bucks to pump air in the tires.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo answer when tried to call , found lot in rear of building and self drop off . Wanted answers to questions i had about refunds but no one was around . Drop off location was not great
THOMAS TStore location does not exist with business being run out of parking lot with no signs. Very confusing.
Sherry LIt was a good experience all around.
Rick BNo one was at the pick up location when I first attended at 10 am when they open. I called several times, left voicemails and never received any call backs. I finally got someone at 2:30 pm. I had hired some people to help me move and had to pay someone for doing nothing. I left with the truck and noticed that the driver side door wouldn’t shut properly but then the employee had already left. However, the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone was excellent and very professional.
