I had to go home and wait for a Uber. They wouldn't allow me to park my car but they have a taco truck parked in the lot. It started storming and uber was surging. Even though I called and extended my rental due to the weather, I was told it wasn't a extra charge but I was charged 3 times. The was a few bugs (alive) in the truck and the cab was very dirty. The truck idealled very weird almost like it was going to turn off. The man on his phone at the gas station/uhaul pickup location was rude and nasty.

Duniel AI reserved a truck 5 days in advance. I had requested 2 hand trucks and a furniture dolly. When I arrived, the clerk stated he did not have these. Why was I not informed?!! When I called customer service at 8:30AM, I reached a girl, who sounded like I just woke her up. Well, that's because she said she was in Arizona. After waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, she said there was a store (6 miles away) that "might have something". And to call them and check. Because of the inconvenience, she couldn't' call and reserve them for me?
JAMES WWhen we rented this vehicle we got charged for fuel upon the return even after proving we had put fuel into the truck. When returning the vehicle we asked for them to check us in and was told she was unable to do the checkin that the guy coming in later would complete it. Once we received the receipt we returned and was basically told "nothing you can do".
Donald MThe only complaint I had is that I wasn't given a receipt when I turned in the truck. They said I'd get an email. I didn't get the email, so after 24 hours, I called customer service and they contacted the location and then I got the receipt. It was for business, so I needed the receipt. Other than that, everything went well.

Brenda TWhen I returned the truck, the man said just leave keys with the cashier, he didn't come out to check the truck, gas or to see if it was clean out. He said he would check it and an email would be sent. I never drop at service stations I always drop at U-Haul facilities so I was expecting someone to come out to the truck. I tank was a tad on half and the truck swept out prior to my dropping it off. I took before and after photos.

However, employee was very nice & explained manager would contact me later to complete drop-off transaction. Was done as promised. Overall, transaction completed smoothly.
JOHN KWhen I returned the truck, the only place to park it was in a handicap space... next to 2 other uHaul trucks in handicapped spaces. I asked if there was somewhere else to park, or if it was OK to park there, and was told to park where I did.

Luis CMy experience at this location was horrible. The associate who assisted me with the rental was not knowledgeable nor was there anyone on-site who could answer my questions. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Winnifredia SThis is just a pick up location…not a full U Haul store. The manager was very helpful in dealing with a difficult iPad using U Haul software as well as waiting on a very busy store.
Chris BIt was not clear at either pick-up or drop-off that it was not a dedicated uhaul location vs. them being a smoke shop (pick-up) and a gas station (drop-off).
Cullen GMake sure you have all the equipment that have been requested along with truck. It's not about deleting the item from the order.

Wilfredo OUpon arriving to the location I was told I was not aloud to leave my car on the property which doesn’t make sense if I drive my car to get the uhaul truck and the interior was clean but once we left the location and put our phones down the thing we did not notice was the cupholders ended up having a nasty liquid which got inside wetting our phones and upon driving it seemed the truck needed an oil change

Ana GOnly got 6 of the 12 packing blankets I was suppose to get but sales person didn't offer a refund for the 6 I didn't get, but made it a point that the gas was off by probably 1 gallon. There was some sort of sticky substance in a puddle in the back of truck and all along the the bottom of the back door. Took me 15 mins to clean it before I could put my stuff in back.

Michele SNice people. However a little shaky when I was trying to pick up the truck. The employees need to be trained if there are any problems. Your online check in needs work to solve any problems. That alone would solve a lot of the problems. Overall a good experience. One other hickup. I picked up the truck with a little less than a half a tank. Took all photos and when the return clerk pulled up the check in it said I received the truck with a full tank. Not so. The photo tells the story. I did like the check in process with the photos.

Yolanda FWe were charged $50 for gas when we made sure that the gas what is exactly where it was when we got it and the gentleman automatically assumed when I pulled in and I was late ready to charge me more money he was not very nice or very helpful and he charged my ninety-year-old father's credit card and extra $50 for gas there was no need I put exactly the gas i picked it up with and now I have to go and file a complaint
JOHN DMy only complaint is the app for uploading pictures...Anytime I tried to upload a picture it just sat thinking and would not go any further Everything else was quick and easy at the location.
