I had to go home and wait for a Uber. They wouldn't allow me to park my car but they have a taco truck parked in the lot. It started storming and uber was surging. Even though I called and extended my rental due to the weather, I was told it wasn't a extra charge but I was charged 3 times. The was a few bugs (alive) in the truck and the cab was very dirty. The truck idealled very weird almost like it was going to turn off. The man on his phone at the gas station/uhaul pickup location was rude and nasty.

Duniel AI reserved a truck 5 days in advance. I had requested 2 hand trucks and a furniture dolly. When I arrived, the clerk stated he did not have these. Why was I not informed?!! When I called customer service at 8:30AM, I reached a girl, who sounded like I just woke her up. Well, that's because she said she was in Arizona. After waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, she said there was a store (6 miles away) that "might have something". And to call them and check. Because of the inconvenience, she couldn't' call and reserve them for me?
JAMES WWhen we rented this vehicle we got charged for fuel upon the return even after proving we had put fuel into the truck. When returning the vehicle we asked for them to check us in and was told she was unable to do the checkin that the guy coming in later would complete it. Once we received the receipt we returned and was basically told “nothing you can do”.
Donald MThe only complaint I had is that I wasn't given a receipt when I turned in the truck. They said I'd get an email. I didn't get the email, so after 24 hours, I called customer service and they contacted the location and then I got the receipt. It was for business, so I needed the receipt. Other than that, everything went well.
