We did not interact with any personnel at this location as we dropped off the rental after hours. Seemed easy enough and the location was easy to get to.

Charles SBack of truck was very messy. Old moving blankets that I didn't order were in a pile and the back was covered in shredded paper. Took 20min to clean before I could start loading. Everything else was good.
Trevor FU-Haul App works great to pick up truck during off hours. U-Haul team communicated great and really made the trip go as well as possible. Truck was clean and ready to go with no problems. I really appreciate the assistance and would highly recommend.

RUSSELL SThe rep was friendly but gave me a run down awful trailer. We also didn't have a light connection and he rented it to us saying to go to the ford dealership and that didn't work. It was a horrible experience. We had to have a fam member drive all the way from MS to pull the trailer for us due to light issue. The trailer had missing brake lights and it leaked! My boxes were all wet and the inside light didn't work. Problem after problem.

Harry BThis has nothing to do with the pickup location but most times that I rent from U-Haul, I either get a different vehicle/trailer than I requested or I have to pick up at a location further from where I want. Again, this is U-Haul, not the locations fault. Maybe your survey should be about U-Haul, not just the locations.

Melinda BWe had no contact with any of the personnel at the location. We dropped off the trailer over the New Years weekend and called to leave a message but was unable to do so or receive any instructions. Location was close to where we moved to so that was a plus.

RUSSELL SWhen we went to pickup the rental, no one was on site that could help. Had to wait about 45 minutes before able to get the truck. Person in office was rude and clearly felt interrupted.

JERRY RVehicle was filthy inside having mud everywhere and food droppings in the floor. At least make an attempt at cleaning the inside before letting a customer use it. Le personnel était amical et serviable.

Ken SThe destination facility simply does not have adequate space to pull in a full-sized pickup truck and trailer. They asked me to drop the trailer on the city right-of-way across the street from their location. The lack of space onsite required numerous other trailers to be park off the premises as well. The staff was very accommodating to me as a customer, but I doubt that leaving trailers on a city right-of-way is the right thing to do.
Nathan ZThe truck was disgusting inside and had a belt squealing the entire 3 state trip. Would appear no one checks the vehicles out before they are rented, just glad it made it the whole way!
Keith FClean it out before giving it to someone else. It had someone else's trash in it and was very dirty. On top of that there were roaches crawling everywhere in it. I have pictures to prove it.

Charles BTruck was not adequately checked before being rented. Check engine light came on within 15 miles after pickup. Although uhaul said to continue using vehicle, it made noise in the transmission and did not operate normally.

Amber HIf A customer pays for A product they need, please give it to them, or refund their money. If A truck is not there when promised, and the customer has to drive back another 39 mins. Maybe offer a discount on the uhaul.
