U-Haul App works great to pick up truck during off hours. U-Haul team communicated great and really made the trip go as well as possible. Truck was clean and ready to go with no problems. I really appreciate the assistance and would highly recommend.

RUSSELL SThe rep was friendly but gave me a run down awful trailer. We also didn’t have a light connection and he rented it to us saying to go to the ford dealership and that didn’t work. It was a horrible experience. We had to have a fam member drive all the way from MS to pull the trailer for us due to light issue. The trailer had missing brake lights and it leaked! My boxes were all wet and the inside light didn’t work. Problem after problem.
