Gas tank was between 1/4 and 1/2 tank, the furniture pads I paid for were not available……all in all the total experience was in a word brutal. I lost money on the fuel and furniture pads in addition to the inconvenience of having to run around to get the rental I had reserved weeks earlier…..after having received a notification that morning that everything was good!!! Definitely would not recommend to anyone I care about.
Mike ThurickeEducate staff to clarify certain contractual obligations to customers so U-Haul doesn't end up fleecing them of their hard earned money. For an equipment advertised at $29,9 I ended up paying $129 for only driving it for 26 km and returning it within two hours because of strange after hours charges (even while the store was open) and fuel charges because the gauge showed a certain fuel level that had nothing to do with how much of the fuel was actually consumed. It is daylight robbery but then we're living in tough times and I guess businesses need to make a living too.
KHIZER ABBASIThe vehicle was covered in snow and dirty on the outside. the tailgate was frozen shut. While using the van the add brake fluid came on. It does not look like this unit was serviced in awhile.
Ron PlompIt would have been nice to know that they didn't have a dolly which I ordered along with the truck. But it work that a friend had one saving me dolly rental.
William BunnieI was very upset when I got a call from the Winnipeg branch on the 16th of February asking if I returned the trailer I said yes I returned it on Tues the 13th like I was supposed to. I guess he neglected to put returned on my order come on do your job!! I don't appreciate a call like that.

Tyler WitowRented the vehicle when the weather was nice, roads were very sloppy and there was no windshield washer fluid. Very difficult to see through the windshield. Other than that everything was fine.

I called the pinkie road location because I live close to it and they said they had a trailer like I Was looking for so I drove by this location to get to the pinkie road location. After getting there they discovered they didn't have a trailer for me so I got to drive back over to this location because they had one. It took about 1,5 hours of my time and gas driving around to get this trailer. I think the computers should be updated more often and I wouldn't mind so much if I would have been compensated for it
kelly jordisonReserved a 20ft was given keys and it wouldn't start. Offered us a smaller one which wasn't ideal and it's got some issues. Trucks are not maintained
Denise GildersI feel the staff should be checking the trucks when the customers drop them off... Our cab was dirty and the paperwork from last two customers were on the dash... Box of truck was dirty, we had to sweep it before using it... And, there was no dolly in the box, which would of helped... Also, the gas cap was off and we checked and the amount matched the paperwork great...
RICHARD NEAULTThe vehicle was fine; however, the windows and mirrors were dirty. My real problem is that they use a cell phone to complete the pick up and I wasn't able to see that they added the Safemove nonsense to my bill, which I had declined when setting up the reservation because I have a package policy with loss of use. My guess is that it's an auto add when the dealer completes the move (which is ridiculous considering I set the damned thing up in advance), and my not being able to see the screen didn't get me to notice. I reached out to customer service and was told of all the decisions I made (that I didn't) and that there's nothing I can do. Oh, well. I'll not be using uHaul again.

Oluwafunmilayo AtandaThis drop off location is a combination carwash and Uhaul. There was no employee for the Uhauls just an unhelpful, unfriendly employee working the carwash desk. The physical location is too small. There is not enough room to comfortably and safely return the Uhaul. I would give it zero stars if I could have.

Lynn OlafsonThe lady was very helpful. She managed to clear up the issue in transferring my reservation from park street to their location. The truck rode extremely rough. I think the engine needs some serious work. Any speed above 50km/hr seems to shake the entire vehicle.
Dawn Thomas-CameronI was charged twice for a trailer rental. When I went to see about it I was told that I will have to wait for the manager to look at it the next day. Now I am going to have to make another trip back to get it straightened out if they are even going to do anything about it .

Kelsey SproatPlease the Uhaul I hired from Regina Car wash was the worst experience I have had in recent times. I hired a truck picked it up and returned immediately after I finished in five hours. I made an inquiry from the attendant and he asked if I should put the key in the key holder if they were not around. I did as I was asked. I was surprised that they charged me for 2 days including after-hour rentals and double insurance. Please desist from these people who don't keep their word. I will still escalate on all my social media platforms to warn others if this issue is not resolved ASAP.

Bill AntlerI went to Park street to pick up trailer and it was not ready. It had a flat tire. Was sent to another location farther away and was less convenient to dropoff. I was 45 minutes off of schedule because of this and had people waiting on me. No apologies where given for wasting my time.
Brent PatersonRented a trailer and appliance dolly. My dolly was not available when I went there to check in and pick-up. So it was a bit difficult to move things. BUT they did accomodate us even though I arrived late, which I really appreciated!

Tiffany HarderUsually deal with Calgary Blackfoot location and if there was a "0" rating that's what I would rate UHaul overall. Nightmare getting a truck. Don't bother with a reservation as it doesn't matter what you reserve or where or when it NEVER works out. 3x I have rented a long distance truck and all 3 times same thing.....no truck.....different location. I won't be using UHaul again EVER.

Not "I know you ordered that, we don't have any here right now, and this is what we're doing to get it for you _____" but just "Nope, we don't have it." Like, I ordered the blankets and the dolly because I needed them. And the reservation said they'd be there. Frustrating disconnect.

Evan WilsonI was very unimpressed with the service at this location the employees were rude in the way they spoke to me. The location was poorly labeled and there was a lack of spaces to park the U-Haul as well as the staff were very rude. I will never go to this location again and i won't recommend it to anyone.
