Maintaining the vehicles properly to be appropriate and compatible with the weather condition and climate would increase customer satisfaction. Also, training the staff to treat customers respectfully and properly would go a long way.

Kelsey S.Please the Uhaul I hired from Regina Car wash was the worst experience I have had in recent times. I hired a truck picked it up and returned immediately after I finished in five hours. I made an inquiry from the attendant and he asked if I should put the key in the key holder if they were not around. I did as I was asked. I was surprised that they charged me for 2 days including after-hour rentals and double insurance. Please desist from these people who don't keep their word. I will still escalate on all my social media platforms to warn others if this issue is not resolved ASAP.
