Do to some scheduling errors/issues that U-Haul had, we were directed to a different drop off location in the next town. The owner of the new drop off location waited for two hours after hours so that we could get the truck turned back in! Talk about going the extra mile when he didn't have to - thanks!!!!! We definitely will be using him again. Great service!!!

james bWhen we got the uhaul it only had 1/4 of a tank in it, so we put gas in it to get it to almost 3/4 of a tank. The guy there never said anything about checking the gas gauge.

Jesse KI agreed to transport a vehicle trailer to Jacksonville And in return have a credit if $50 applied to my bill. The engine sounded concerning but made it fine. Ratchets on trailer to hold tires were so rusted it barely turned. Had to work them hard to move. Strap on left was too short and frayed. Tire on right front of trailer became low in about 70 miles. Put air in and it made it about another 70 miles and must have leaked a lot because the tire started smoking and was totally destroyed. UHaul guy, Terry, was great. So helpful and checked on me later to make sure we were taken care of. That was 2 hours on side of road plus time working ratchets trying to get them to hold tire securely. All in all, it cost me more time than worth plus lost help unloading truck. They left due to delay. Poor experience that no one could have predicted but something definitely wrong with tire. Ratchets and straps should have been replaced.

Henry POpen before 3 o'clock. Had to drop off the trailer with nobody there. I arrived at 11:58 am. I was shocked to find nobody there. They had customers on the car lot looking to by a car . I've used this drop off location before. They are always friendly & easy to deal with. I was shocked to find no one there.

Christopher FI was supposed to pick up equipment at iStore in Madison Heights but upon arrival, I found them CLOSED and never recieved notification or anything. I did NOT recieve the equipment I wanted and other arrangements had to be made by Regional Auto Sales which saved a very irate customer. It is my opinion that UHaul should end all ties with IStore in Madison Heights asap since they can not read a simple schedule.

KELSEYMARIE PThis was not my pickup location. I was very annoyed how Uhaul bounces you and you schedule all over the place. Had to drive WAY out of my way to get this part of my rental and at 5 hours after other in the morning. Also, I had paid in advance online which allowed my rental to be documented all on one ticket. Other sites made that good. This site made me pay again for some reason which messed up billing on my side.

Blake NI just had a stressful check out experience. My email sent me to the wrong location and then once I did arrive at the correct site it took almost an hour and a half to get to leave with the truck. I would just recommend improving the check out process and maybe even creating reservation reminders so staff always knows when there are upcoming reservations.

ANTONIOSAN GThis was not the location I rented from but it was the location I was forced to pick up from. The Timberlake location was my selection but magically they couldn't supply my rental choice. I was forced to drive 20 miles to get the truck. They should have sent an employee to get the truck to complete the rental.............:::but no instead an employee at Timberlake informed me it was my choice to cancel the rental if I wanted but they would do nothing to get the truck. I called the Madison heights number and spoke with Kelsey who apologized for the location change and offered me extra mileage to cover my extra distance. If it wasn't for her I would have cancelled this rental. The Timberlake location C/S was embarrassing fir U-Haul.
